there is an easier way to do this u know!!!! all you have to do is get on your phone or ipod and hold your finger down on the app you want to move and all the apps start shaking and whaile they are shaking you can delete em and move

Too bad that this is already obsolete. Today during Apple's Rock n Roll event, they introduced the new iTunes 9 with this exact feature. It's almost as if they took the idea right from under the noses of the developers of Movement. Now you don't have to jailbreak your iPhone to do this.

When you launch ScreenFlow, make sure you check off Record video from: Built-in iSight. When your recording is done, you'll see two video tracks in your timeline. One is the actual screen recording and the other is from your iSight.
