@TheRoadToMerseyside Ok it worked. The virst video I tried on was an avi uncompressed render from Sony Vegas. It didnt work, I tried an Avi uncompressed render with After Affects and it worked :D

Fix for the instant "complete conversion" (worked for me):

-Go to C: and create a folder

-Place the easy h.264 folder and the video clip you wanna encode on the created folder

-Run h264, open the file you want to convert and make the output directory the same as the original video

bei den videosettings stell ich immer ein "24 bit RGB (888)" als decompression format und beim output format auch...

If you're gonna encode, why not just straight to an FLV/F4V? It's smaller then MP4 and shortens processing time on YT.

@clayman90 just render in the full HD settings in vegas 50 sec vid about (13 Gb) then convert the vid with Xilisoft video converter Ultimate 6. and poff you have a 1080p HD vid 50 sec about (30 mb). that's how i always do it :D

@cdoXiiZ No, you can get better quality by using either command-line with mp4box and x264 (which the C++ coded easy h264 program uses with presets and a more convenient interface) or programs (MeGUI, Staxrip, MediaCoder...)

To get better quality than easy h264 you might need to fiddle with that stuff.

Have you ever thought of using AVISynth? I think it works pretty good, just render in vegas uncompressed then use avisynth for encoding.
