@liibaan2004 : Brother you are right. Siyaad Barre did wrong things to his people.However he also did good things to the somali people. So if we look at the things he did wrong and the things he did good, you will see the difference. In other words, he did lots of good things and less wrong things. And thats what many leaders do, for example: Saddam Hussein. Look whats going on in Iraq and Somalia now. Because of throwing the president off power.
