TRUE STORY: i called allison grodner's office to question her about this very incident. her assistant transferred the call to her, and as soon as i mentioned the blue controversy, allison pretended to be the assistant and made something up about the real allison being in a meeting.
i know for sure it was grodner because i addressed her as "allison" when she picked up the transferred call and she responded with a "yes?"

Here's the timeline as I see it. At 1:31 we see the blue ball in Dick's hand. At 1:41 Jameka's tube has 3 green balls in it and you see no balls at all in Dick's hands. Jameka make's the 'blue ball' comment at 2:04. Between 1:41 and 2:04 Dick is nowhere near Jameka's tube. So how could Dick have done it?
Here's an interesting side note, another website that details the live feed says that at Wed 4:05 pm bbt Dick is saying that they should have looked at the feed earlier, that Zach didn't win, and they need to fix it. (apparently they have told the houseguests that the ball ball fell into the tube)

Yes but had Jameka not been distracted by the disqualified call and probably distraught she may have won, it only would take a second to loose a ball to Zac if she was trying to take to Julie. A few sec after Zac won she put a green ball in the tube taking her over the win line (because of the blue ball in there) but those few sec break in concentration probably kept her from winning.
I agree, I originally stated that the outcome would probably have been the same, but no one can say for sure what anybody would actually have voted, nor Dick if he had to tie break between Zack or Eric... we can speculate but no telling for sure, especially during a fast forward.

It is not a blue ball in his hand. It's his mic pack as you can see if you zoom in on his hand. As to what he put in his hand early on, my guess is his mic pack. Since he's holding it later on I'm guessing it would stay attached to his pants while moving around and it wasn't comfortable in his pocket.

Here's the timeline as I see it. At 1:31 we see the blue ball in Dick's hand. At 1:41 Jameka's tube has 3 green balls in it and you see no balls at all in Dick's hands. Jameka make's the 'blue ball' comment at 2:04. Between 1:41 and 2:04 Dick is nowhere near Jameka's tube. So how could Dick have done it?

Let me just say that I don't agree with many of Dick's tactics. That said, when the conspiracy came out, I scrutinized my DVR recording (much clearer than the online clip) and I don't see him sneaking to J's tube. Also, I would think CBS would have to DQ Dick if he did something that devious. I know that no one likes to see their player lose, but I think it is wrong to accuse Dick without hearing his response (if he had done it, he would own up... he hasn't held any cards close to the vest.)

there is a problem with your theory jameka and eric were nominated so if jameka won she would have saved herself zach would have been the replacement nominee and eric would have still went home so again it makes no sense for dick to put the ball in jameka's tube

I don't think Eric OR Dick put that ball in her tube. I don't think Jameka put it in there, either. You can clearly hear her say, before it's acknowledged that she has "5 balls" in her tube, "how did YOU get that blue ball...." - at least it sounds like her. You have to listen really carefully.. I'm honestly not sure that it's not Dani's voice, but it's a female voice asking about the blue ball in the tube.

Good catch on the times! No WAY anyone put it in her tube! They've watched the tapes and have verified that the ball bounced into Jameka's tube - Zach won anyway.

Yes but had Jameka not been distracted by the disqualified call and probably distraught she may have won, it only would take a second to loose a ball to Zac if she was trying to take to Julie. A few sec after Zac won she put a green ball in the tube taking her over the win line (because of the blue ball in there) but those few sec break in concentration probably kept her from winning.

I agree, I originally stated that the outcome would probably have been the same, but no one can say for sure what anybody would actually have voted, nor Dick if he had to tie break between Zack or Eric... we can speculate but no telling for sure, especially during a fast forward.

Listen to Jameka at the 2:04 mark on this clip. She says "how did that blue ball..." I don't know how it got in there, but she didn't do it. There has to be a camera angle that shows what happened. At a minimum BB should clear Jameka and say she wasn't trying to cheat...
Also I don't think Jameka was calling Eric out. The squirrel was trying to get her to give him the green ball she had.

Why would ED put a blue ball in Jameka's tube when it was Eric that he and Dani voted out? He wouldn't have cared if Jameka won POV, but he would have cared a lot if Eric had won. Seems to me if ED was gonna cheat, he would have put the blue ball in Eric's tube.
