I remember that my grade 5 class was gonna go see the oilers play, but then the lock-out came along. man we were pissed.

@mattcat9 Yeah it was brutal when the season was cancelled I was so mad that I wanted nothing to do with Hockey until the lockout ended.

The lockout was awful just awful.
Especially here in the States where I didn't have a sympathetic ear from my fellow countrymen.

03-04 was the first season I got bitten by the hockey bug. And I got bitten BAD. So to go from a new full on addiction to nothing was a painful expieriance for me.
