I didn't care for Will when I first started watching DOOL, but now I am a firm fan. What a fine young actor he is. I feel that Rafe would not succumb to Carrie so quickly in reality, as he has been so in love with Sami and their kids. And why did they bring Jack back? I LOVE him, and the show with the vets was so powerful, but Jen is unrecognizable. She's dour, unhappy, crass enough to kiss Daniel in front of Jack several times (Xmas for example). Like the overhaul, but J&J are not J&J. Help!
I think the consensus is Will is rocking the hell out of this storyline. If it weren't for him I certainly wouldn't be interested in it. Can't wait for this! Time for Sami to pay the piper for the pain she's caused! The Rafe/Carrie kiss looks kinda hot too.
I swear, Will is like the reason I love this show now-a-days.
I haven't enjoyed a "teen" storyline since 1993 with Sami and Lucas. I suppose it is fitting.
Very very out of character for Rafe to kiss Carrie though. Granted I think his finding out what Sami is doing is making him realize that they aren't actually meant to be.
@nwaezebuona ooooooooooooo... THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT... man i am hoping it all comes crashing down because they will feel the WRATH of Kate Dimera :)
I'd wish they would get Rafe and Carrie together without them cheating on others. Carrie's already been down this road before with Mike Horton and it's just not who she is - and it's really not fair to Austin to do this to him again.
Other than that, I'm gonna have popcorn and candy ready for when Will tells Sami. It's gonna be awesome.
@danishgirl83 - Yes it's true that Rafe is completely blind to what Sami does he just would not do the whole cheating with the sister thing no matter the provocation and the writers are being lazy by putting him together with Carrie. It's atrocious writing and they would have been better served if the deterioration in Sami and Rafe's marriage had come about from him finding out about her sleeping with EJ. That's the ultimate betrayal and more of a motive for him seeking comfort elsewhere.
personally, I'd like a marriage ending s/l where no betrayal, cheating etc were involved for once. Just plain old "we've grown apart" or whatever. Esp with Sami and Rafe who in my opinion just don't fit together at all. He'll always want her to be something she's not and she'll want to be a better person for him, but can't, b/c she by instinct is sneaky and selfish. It's bound to fail. But that's just how I see it.
@danishgirl83 - I'm with you on that. I used to root for Sami because I genuinely thought that her car crash of a life wasn't her doing and that she was just a victim of circumstances beyond her control but subsequent plotlines has put that idea to bed and then some! Since she tried to murder EJ while he while he was plainly suicidal I have lost all sympathy for the character which is a great shame because I think she had real potential for redemption and finally 'finding' her true self.
@danishgirl83 - However, I do actually think the writer have been very clever in weaving a s/line around Will's metamorphosis from choirboy into the AntiChrist and I think its quite fitting that it's Sami son who is going through the change - so to speak - and if you factor in the alienation he's already feeling coupled with his confusion about his sexuality, I agree that Will's 'story' is the only reason to watch the show currently. A marriage in Salem not ending with any drama? Never happen!!
LOL see your point with the marriage endings. But could they at least end without infidelity once in a while... always the same.
Agree with you on Sami. I used to have a soft spot for her until she had her teenage son help her cover up her attempted murder. Her constact head-up-her-own-ass acting has just gotten to be too much for me as she as aged and has continued to add children to her life. Plus she's always acting like the victim and it's damn annoying.

@danishgirl83 - It IS annoying I agree but that's entirely the fault of the writers for not bringing more depth to Sami and just allowing her to make mistake after mistake with no consequences. Well, until now that is. It really looks as though all her chickens have finally come home to roost and it's not before time IMO. The whole situation around her indiscriminately falling pregnant more than once and then using those children as pawns in her twisted games was just getting out of hand.
and yeah this shift with Will is really interesting. And let's face it, it would be unrealistic if all of Sami's kids turn out to be model citizens - no offence...
@danishgirl83 - Absolutely no offence taken!lol You're quite right of course about Sami's kids but IMO the writers just took the easy way out and are rapidly turning Will into an unsympathetic character when we were all on his side about having to keep his mother's dirty little secret. To me it would have been more credible if he had outed his mother in front of EJ when he blackmailed him into spying on Abe and he could have killed 2 birds with one stone and got them both of his back.
@xXxXLadyyJayXxXx I totally agree about Rafe not being a cheater and also Carrie and Austin wouldn't cheat on each other neither.......but I kinda like Rafe with Carrie cause they have great hearts ad some nice chemistry!

The writers are making a big mistake..
Rafe isn't a cheater.. It's not in his nature. This is so much out of character.. I hate it..
Will is becoming my favorite.. Really.. Chandler is doing an amazing job with the portrayal of Will.. The best Will of them all..
