  • Tuskegee airmen is fine but possibly not a very good exercise if you are new to this kind of exercise and not in peak physical fitness as it places a strain on your hip flexors.

  • @kate230673 Kate, thanks for tuning in! Yes, you are correct! The move is an intensive one and it is advanced. Something for folks to work up to if they wish, under proper supervision and in consideration of injuries --of course.
