Hey Matt, I have been trying to figure this out for a long time. How do you tell from a ES44DC and a ES44AC. And a BNSF C44-9W and BNSF AC4400CW?

Well, I can tell by the numbers

Like the one in this video was BNSF 6161, so its an ES44AC.

ES44ACs are in the 5700-6400 series

Same thing with the C44-9W's and AC4400CWs

AC4400CWs are inn the 5600 series, and C44-9Ws are 4000-5500 series
