the first one (what I believe) is right when you enter the pool room and everything is red. after she runs across the screen and you get to the edge of the pool (don't jump in!) turn around.

You also missed the one (I forgot which level it was), but it's where you're in a control room and there are 3 windows in front of you that reveal 3 holding chambers, and the one in the middle has one of those crazy-test subjects. You open the doors and go outside and then the test-subject jumps out of the 3rd door. If you wait a moment and look at the table next to the door, Alma appears for a split second standing behind the table.

there is 1 hidden alma that is missing in this video. At the end where you see the doll. There is also a swing set there. What you do is move the swing set and make sure it's moving and as you leave turn around and Alma will be there to stop the swing and look at you and then disappear.

the thing with the second fear is that all the scary parts are just alma poping out for a second and so it's not scary for very long. In the first fear the atmosphere is always scary cuz they did so much other stuff. I think they should've ended the story in the first and just have alma die in the explotion. the first fear is one of my favorit games, it has a good story and it's so intense.
