Yeah and for a large portion of that you'd be on a motorway doing 100km/h.

To get from the airport to Karori in 10 mins you'd be doing 72km/h or thereabouts the entire way without stopping (it's 11.8km). I'm not saying you can't do it, just that you wouldn't. Most of the route is 50km/h and there are circa 12 sets of traffic lights.

@p2667 yup only in the busy times tho, i landed their once in a tomahawk when i turned off the runway and looked back the boeing 737 was just landing

@p2667 thats alot some airports the aircraft isnt even at 1000 ft and a aicraft is touching down but thats on super busy days

I live here. Infact wellington too. I live about a 10 minute drive from there in Karori. That is "Rongotai"
