I believe you are thinking about Harley & Annabelle Russell at the Sand Hills Curiosity Shop in Erick, OK. Just west of Elk City. Harley was actually one of the inspirations for the character Mater in Disney's "Cars."

I watched a married couple in a japanese tv show.
They sung R66 with playing guitar and wore flashly overalls.Maybe they run R66 goods shop and the shop is around Elk city.
If you wouud know them, Please tell me where is the shop or the address or its latitude and longitude.
