Not all Honda's last. Most leak oil from every seal the engine has. Look under the hood of 10 Honda civics and 8 of them will have some sort of leaky seal. It's a guarantee. All respect to them for being n/a power houses but I'd rather find a better base car to work with

If the reason you are getting any chicks at all is your car, then they are the wrong chicks. The ones that count are the ones that stick with you through feast or famine, are a good mother to your children, and love you for you, not your car. Anyone who builds a car to get chicks has lost the race of life already. It is a downhill ride with only sorrow to mark its path at the end of the journey. Build and drive cars, but don't do it for the chicks. Do it because you love cars.

When one becomes a means to facilitating the other, the problem manifests itself as one begins to use cars to lust after women. As long as one can maintain that boundary of separation, the love of cars can be rewarding (and expensive - yesterday was a $800 dyno day for me... ugh).

FYI BMW makes damn fine straight 6's, and Mercedes and Audi make 6 cylinder turbodiesels which have won International engine awards, and are both very powerful (tons of torque) and frugal.
