I really liked this movie.I can't enough of it.Gina Carano is so sexy.I wish I was Michael Fassbender when she sat on his face.The fight scenes are great.I was amazed at how realistic they look.She is like a female Jason Bourne.

I really enjoyed this movie, saw it several times. Probably one for those who do the stuff (martial arts...or hey, espionage, who knows) for real. Reminded me alot of the first Bourne film, actually, more mystery than action movie.

Some people found this movie boring because there were no big explosions, no impossible car chases, no robots turning into airplanes or furniture, no explicit sex scenes and no bad overacting. I enjoyed this movie. This is a Steven Soderbergh film, not Steven Spielberg or Michael Bay. Perhaps the morons who didn't like it, made that mistake. Haywire is a well made movie for the mature crowd. It's an action film without all the typical noise. Gina Carano kicked ass in it. I highly recommend.

Haven't we all seen two guys taking turns punching each other in the face really hard accompanied by ridiculous fake sounds often enough now? And on the other end of the spectrum you got Li and Statham portraying martial arts as surreal comic book powers completely unrelatable for the average person.

I never care about the characters in either scenario.

I had not seen a lot of previews so I thought it was Rachel Weisz until I saw her sitting at the diner...I was starting to get disappointed what freaking movie did I pick?? who is this actress??? THEN I saw the fight and it changed my mind. I did believe it was her doing the fight scenes so as soon as I got home I googled her...well, what do you know!! she is an accomplished MMA fighter...I told my husband...LOOK!! She can actually kick ass!! wow!! when I grow up I wanna be just like her

@cyberwolfsjt - They dropped us a hint in this movie at one point in this movie. Some cops have her in the back seat and she's trying to talk her way out and one tells our "OK that's enough out of you, Wonder Woman" ..... I think that was done intentionally for the irony of it.

@ShadesAtKnight She doesn't come across as the next Cynthia Rothrock, but she has established herself among the ranks of other fighting women such as Cat Sassoon, Kathy Long and Maggie Q...Her fighting style was abit rough for what I saw in those first 5 minutes, but than again I haven't had the chance to see the movie yet...If it's true that this movie opened a door for Gina Carano in mainstream movies than I think that's it's fair to say that she will easily become the next female action star.

There was no woman or even man as far as I know up to this point that had more real fight scenes in a movie of this type. All the Bruce Lees, Chuck Norris's, Van Dammes, Steven Seagals, were all bull shit compared to what this unknown actress did in just one crappy movie.

wow... So I really wanted to like this movie. I think Gina looks great and love the fact that she is a real fighter. On TMZ they had her admit her voice was altered...re-mixed... and all. It wasn't. Look at the 2:59 mark where the VOICE-OVER..... is off. They dubbed her whole voice. Inflection is off, breathing... the whole bit. Really Steven???? I'm no sound engineer, I caught this. No "re-mixing" here. She got dubbed over... ugh.. If she sounded too tomboy for you, why cast her.Ruined.

The fighting is especially good cause it's a woman who's doing the main kicking of ass, and she's not JUST kicking ass but she's taking shit too and it looks real. Please tell me a fight scene were the female is this good.
