yhh - too much steps for beginner. Less steps, more dance technique

Actually, the steps there aren't very hard: they're doing the basic 1,2 Cha cha cha, 3,4, interspaced with what looks like a couple of cross body leads, and regular turn outs on the cha cha part. The only part that might be difficult is the part about halfway through, where he leads her through and she's turned away from him; that's where the showman part comes in. And the V formations are easy (can't remember what they're called, sorry).

Don't worry, the more you learn, the easier it is.
