accually yeah it is really hard how to do all that stuff and i would recomend practicing small like some monkey vaults or some kong vaults. I do some free running myself got suspended 6 times for jumping my principal and scatching up the walls. its some fun shit i would recomend it to anyone who has healthly leg and can jump pretty well.
