  • HAA!!! I knew that whole "HANDS DOWN LOW" style that Froch uses was a farce!!!

Look at him, he's displaying all the proper boxing techinique! HANDS UP! Good reflexes, and good head movement. This guy truly is a beastt! ;D

  • calzaghe in his prime vs froch in his prime , sorry but calzaghe would destroy this guy , hes a stiff as a perverts cock in a school !!!

  • I really like the training methods rob uses with carl. they really work well

on picking clean shots off of subtle rolls and parrys, and you can hear the

crisp shots landing with power. I like the range that he's using in that session

and think that's a perfect space to keep glen johnson at if they want to get the "W"

If he can keep glen turning and reaching then they will win as easy as in the AA

fight. But that's a big "if".

  • who would u think will win in a fight out of him or dan hardy ?

  • @MrFsinner

    straight boxing match...froch.

    freestyle fighting/kickboxing/mma... hardy.

  • Froch, Groves, Haye & Khan are the biggest british boxing stars at the moment. Sucks that Hatton let himself slip.

  • quick as fuck that trainer is good too! why doesnt froch protect his face with his hands? he drops them after each punch

  • COME ON FROCHY, GEDLING LOVES YOU, THE WORLD LOVES YOU!!! Still remember looking up to you years back as a amateur in pheonix boxing club, gedling. Still in touch with your bros. Smash this guy Froch! Show the world and the doubters!!

  • The whole fight with taylor i was saying he is wide open for a straight right and taylor knocked him down with one, then Taylor never threw a decent one again. Clear flaw with Froch

  • Frochies the man, rule Brittania ya cunts

  • i kno its his style but why doesnt he put his hands up hes clearly got poor reaction to shots and not very good head movement, wd save him a lot of punishment he doent need to take. lucky hes got an iron jaw

  • many many bad moves and sucker thing from Froch.

what a awfull fight he should be very happy he won. should have been a draw

  • im a big froch fan but when i watch him train like this is looks like he is made for a right hand like BHOP has, I know he has a chin like rock but why risk it??

  • Good Luck Carl Greetins from Italy

  • I wasn't impressed by your mum either

  • Look to shoot the steight right over a low left hand, its seems to be creeping into all the gyms here in Houston. Good luck carl, ill be cheering you on. From Nottingham my self and Box, when home over at Kirkby'in' ashfield.

  • suspect mitt work

  • us americans ar lookin forward to seeing froch its abig step up and hopefully he will crack taylor in his big fuckin mouth with that patented right uppercut and put him to sleep

  • some of the best pad work i have ever seen, good luck in the future carl and stiok with rob

  • well done rob, sorry about your mom,all the best from the lads, kro.

  • Congratulations on a great win.. good chin too so thats ticked off. Its great to see a champion that takes risks and goes for it thats an introduction...lol... Maccarinelli did not do that in his haye fight but I am 100% he has twigged on that point and is going to just dish it in future from the go. Great for british boxing. Well Done.

  • kick his ass carl do notts proud

  • I would like to see some fast jab out after the pad body shots its missing everytime..., he does sharpen up well and I his shots look crisp, fast and powerfull and hes in shape. I see froch taking some sledge hammer shots on the weekend looking at his and his opponents style and his as he drops his guard, so we will see how he fares, hopefully he will go down the middle and win. I really wish the best for Carl tomorrow and say good luck.

  • yeah he is a great fighter later to become a great big legend i think he should train very hard and fight calzaghe that would be a great fight i think carl froch and joe calzaghe are great fighters and that'll be a great fight but i beleive that carl might beat calzaghe and that carl will also beat the guy on december the 6 iswell

  • Froch will win Dec 6th i'd like to see him vs Kessler. Yes he'll be stepping up but hes got it in him don't underestimate him. You can only beat whats put in front of you and i believe he'll do that.

  • pascal to win hands down no doubt about it,froch not even in the same class

  • nice call

  • well ur wrong so keep ya prediction's 2 ya self cus u dont no shit boy

  • Sorry for you guys but Jean Pascal will win this fight in december. First, he got more mobility, strength and instinct. He will punch his body so hard. Prediction: Pascal by KO.

  • well ur wrong aint ya u nob stick to football bitch

  • froch is a wicked boxer to watch. So powerful. He also comes across as a top bloke as well. Confident but certainly not arrogant. I hope he wins and unifies v kessler

  • agreed, im gonna be there in two weeks cheering him on just like always but i think its gonna be a tough fight .I hope froch wins in style so i can celebrate in style it will be the best night of the year mate !!

  • Froch will win, but i want pascal too

  • anyone who knows boxing can tell this is a steady session on the pads ,you cant judge froch on this, but i like this video i can see quality its all there. i love the sound of leather cracking when you land that perfect shot on the pads. crack crack crack blam good night pascal!!

  • jean pascal winn

  • Froch unfit? Are you for real?

Froch is never out of shape, he strikes like lighning, hence the nickname 'the cobra'. Not only is he fast with his handspeed he has a knock out punch.

Alot of the big names are scared of fighting Froch and that is a fact.

  • @royster1981 strike like lightning?!WTF,he's slow as hell

  • yes carl! bring him on , who are ya who are ya nottingham nottingham nottingham.

  • Jean Pascal ain't no mug guys. He won commonwealth gold, has a great amateur record is only 25 and can punch a bit himself. I think Carl will do the biz in style. A fight is won with fists and Carl can punch hard and more importantly, he can punch ACCURATELY.

  • i like him and he certainly can bang but im thinking his lack of guard will be exposed at some point

  • actually hes quite capable of keeping his hands up when he needs too but i agree with you he does live on the dangerous side a bit ,spose its a good job his chin is made of granite.

  • it helps for sure but i think anyone who relys on their chin as a guard will get caught at some point

  • And for you people who didnt do their homework check this on youtube:

    Jean Pascal: Top contender

  • Sorry bro but all pascal is doing is smashing lesser fighters with a wild overhand right hand. He needs more for froch! thats almost all jeff 'left hook?' lacy had against calzaghe, look what happened there! I got Froch....

  • Maaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnn..thats nothing compare to what our proud Canadian boxeur Jean Pascal will do to him.....you better watch out...cause ur first knockout is coming next.

  • The problem why fighters avoid Carl Froch is because he is too much risk for little reward. If he got over to the states like Hatton did, fight a couple of good opponents the yanks recognise and beat them he would`ve been a big name by now and a world champ. But he has that potential now.

  • you are exactly right there

calzaghe cannot fight anyone who has potential to be good at this stage in his career-only those who are proven and have a big box office name. froch needs that to realistically get big name fights

  • is he not from a rough background in birmingham?

  • Love the way mccrackens still in the game, giving a bit back.
