  • THe kwon was Jin b/c remember he only crossed kate off b/c she was a mother. if it was sun, she would have been crossed off too, for the same reason as kate.

  • 1. Wallace was nobody.

    2. They kidnapped him, as implied in "The Brig", the magic box was made up.

    3. Yeah, Jorge Garcia recorded it, but it was never referenced.

    4. This is a good question!!!!

    5. It doesn't matter. Jacob touched both of them. Given his blase attitude I'm sure he would have taken either one.

    6. The outrigger made it all the way to a season 6 script (6.4), and it turned out to be, among others, Ben shooting at the outrigger. They scrapped the idea for logistical reasons.

  • @jryoung013 4. Is because in 1974-77, they were on the island and in the DI, they had to go back in order to prevent a paradox.

  • All of those questions have been answered...if you are to stupid to understand the answers themselves that's not our fault...do more research dude.

  • it would have been Jin Kwon, because sun became a mother like Kate, there for having something to live for, and Ben reffered to the sub as the 'magic box' because he didn't want Locke to know about it.

  • @MangaArtFanBoy

You do realise that Jin is the father don't you? It would have been either of them.

  • @rich8642 and the name kwon is from sun's fam, ily, so yeah idk

  • @MangaArtFanBoy Sun's family was Paik, The Kwon was Jin.

  • @smokeyhatch14 and now... awkward

  • in the end its not about the questions. Its about the people. Example of a contuning question:

Why did Jin stay behind knowing he has a daughter? What will happen to her? Who is watching her? Will Suns parents adopt her? When will she find out about her parents? When will suns parents find out about flight 316? (the one sun was on) how will the daughter react to her parents dieing? How will she be like as she gets older knowing her parents are dead.....

the list goes on and on.

  • @Chris22090 UNIMPORTANT QUESTIONS ALERT!

Jin stayed with Sun for a number of reasons, 1.He vowed to never leave her again. 2.He had never even met his daughter. 3.It was in the blink of an eye, could you leave your wife like that? Most wouldnt. Ji Yeon was with Sun's parents.

  • answers lead to even more questions

  • i wanna know who built the fucking statue

  • @jarekabishop THE EGYPTIANS.

  • (cont.) They repeatedly swore up and down that the Island wasn't heaven, and that in any event the characters hadn't died and were just milling about in limbo prior to "moving on" to a higher place -- yet, that's just how things came down in the final episode. They killed off the bulk of the passengers as a group when they tired of maintaining a reserve of cardboard cutouts to support future storylines, then introduced a new character or mystery every week toward the end, closing none. Dreck.

  • @50zcarsman "They repeatedly swore up and down that the Island wasn't heaven" Guess what it wasnt. " then introduced a new character or mystery every week toward the end, closing none" Except ALL OF THEM. Name these so called "Mysteries that werent closed".

  • We will never get answers to these Qs -- or if we do (in some Lost tribute/nostalgia show, produced a few years hence to stretch out the franchise), the answers will both BE and FEEL bolted-on, as if made up from whole cloth. That's b/c Lost's creators are hacks, albeit stylish ones -- I would attribute to them Superior Hack status. They are much better at openings and teasers than they are at plotting a story arc that hangs together, or closing anything -- those are the hard parts of writing.

  • @50zcarsman Simply because YOU cannot connect the dots?? YES.We got all the answers.

  • i was wondering the same thing about the last question... i was hoping, they would be shooting at themselves thinking they were different ppl but they were themselves from a different time 0_o

  • @moemoney012 well when they find the boats at their camp they find a ajira airplane bottle from the ajira plane that wouldnt crash for another few days so they were in the future. The only people with guns that were from the ajira flight are the people who were carrying locks body in a box and were with jacob. So chances are its them o_o... and sawyer asked juliette if its her people and she said no so conclusion: its the people from the ajira flight.

  • @bartish2 It was people from the Black Rock, google The Black Rock Journal & The Outrigger Anomaly: ...

  • Comment removed

  • @LostFanBoy1 but the black rock's crew was killed by the smoke and the captain killed all the slaves but richard 0.o

  • @bartish2 It was before the Black rock crashed on the Island.

  • @HorizontalShuffle doesn't really seem believable because there was like 1 or 2 people shooting and rest were paddling and the rate of gunfire was NOT like the guns back in the 18/19th century... took a long time to reload & if they were trying to find out where they were why would they fire upon the first people they see? doesn't make sense

  • @bartish2 Read the black rock journal.

  • @HorizontalShuffle I did but did you watch lost? because from the time they found the boats WITH THE AJIRA BOTTLE IN IT untill the flash during the gunfight there was no other time-travel flash. so unless you can explain how a airline water bottle is in the 18th/19th century its the people from the ajra flight. you can watch it for yourself, i just rewatched it... season 5 episode 4\5

  • @LostFanBoy1 meh... kinda unbelievable they never had any guns when you saw the black rock episode and the captain stabbed the slaves with a sword instead of killing them and didn't fire a shit in desperation with the black smoke was around :/ sorry

  • k, aside from the last question, those were all weak questions. what I wanna know is what was with all the egyptian imagery and why was there an exit to tunisia when you turn the wheel

  • @cmanning525 The egyptians once inhabited the island, and the exit is the exact polar opposite to the islands physical location.

  • These are retarded questions, no wonder they didn't answer them. Unlike the majority of those who watch LOST, my friends/family and I just took what we could get answer-wise, and actually paid attention to the things that mattered most (characters, plot, overall feel of it). If you do that and quit expecting so much from the bloody show, it actually seems a lot better.

  • @sodapopmangagirl Those actually WERE answered.

  • THe magic box was THE DOCTOR'S TARDIS :OOOOO wut.

  • 1: Wallace is the dead guy from the past that Hurley meets, he keeps chopping the same tree, did you SEE Lost?

    2: With their submarine

    3: Stupid question

5: Because one of them had to stay

The other questions are fairly unimportant

  • wallace is walt

  • lost SUCKED 4th and 5th seasons was bullshit

  • @Zaidmolina Go and pick up your dummy TROLL BOY. haha.

  • @smokeyhatch14 you first girl! :P

  • Sorry but like some of these other posts said, all these questions we're answered. Are there are you're still stuck on? Cheers!

  • WALLACE is a literary reference to a Wrinkle in Time. Check Lostpedia. The book appears in the TV show and the storyline in Wrinkle in Time has some very similar aspects to LOST.

  • I just want to know why the FUCK walt was so important AND how was he able to talk to micheal via the computer in the hatch

  • jesus all those 5 questions are amwers, better watch it again

  • @elrodillo07 They weren't all anwered

  • @elrodillo07 my mistake, i mean they were answer.

  • 4.Ben wanted them to return because he, Eloise, and Jacob were all on the same side, and Eloise knew that they would go back in time upon return, and this needed to happen to cause/prevent the incident.

5.It was Jin, Evidence-Sun became a mother, and only the candidates timetravelled to the 70's.

6.Crew from the black rock, The writers were going to do a scene but time and the nonlinear story telling would have caused a schedule problem. ALL ANSWERED.

  • 1.Wallace was a former candidate, BUT Jacob just wanted to make sure Jack saw the names on the dial, 108-Wallace is of no importance.

2.Ben brought cooper to manipulate and belittle Locke in the hope of retaining leadership of the others, its clearly stated that ben's people kidknapped him.

3.Jorge Garcia said he did record the numbers but the writers decided not to include the scene, its not important as it was a Dharma broadcast.

    Contonued>>>>

  • 1- Failed Candidate Possibility

2- Submarine, they made it very apparent they had one

3- Numbers were from the D.I.

4- To prevent Charles from reaching the island, and to return to the island himself

5- Not actually answered, did not matter they both died

  • OMG who fucking cares absolutly great Series Michael Emmerson was the true star in it all no wonder he won the emmy award.....

  • why does wallace matter?

    anthony cooper wasnt really there.

its not hurley, thats not any question, thats just you.

jacob told him they needed to go back.

    jin kwan.

    does it matter?

  • @knoname20 What do you mean by Anthony wasn't there? Was it a dummy? He was there to show to how far Ben would go to humiliate Locke. How he got there, that's one of the thousand answered questions.

About the boat, it matters because it had a bottle of water from Ajira, meaning that they were in the present [ or close to it]. Not showing who they were was just bad writing.

  • @knoname20 "Cooper wasnt really there" ??? The Island and everything on it WAS REAL, you know this right.

  • my theory is that the numbers (hurleys numbers) were the amount of days that the time delay between the island and the rest of the world had

  • and also "wich kwon" was jin because sun became a mother

  • The Kwon was probably Jin because it wasn't crossed off. If it was Sun it would have been crossed off because she became a mother. If you remember Kate was crossed off because she became a mother.

  • @TheLeardMan Wow that was good of you to figure out. cuz now theres a little fail in the plot cuz flocke wanted both jin and sun cuz he didn´t know which one was a candidate but he that seems very smart should have figuered that out.

  • why are there so many dislikes...? whats so bad about this video?

  • @th30wn3dpk3r1 Its because ALL these questions were answered.

  • @th30wn3dpk3r1 All the questions were answered in the serie, that's why

  • @MrJaffa2015 This guy who made the video needs to watch lost again!!

  • Let me answer question 2 with a question? how did they bring Juliet? they found their way, you do know that some of the other could leave the island. Remember Richard when he recruited Juliet, Remember when the guy(forgot his name, the dude who at first had a fake beard) told Micheal about the freight boat. You need to watch lost again homez.

  • This is for the BITTERS, that cant accept the truth that Lost DID answer its questions.

“Sometimes people hold a core belief that is very strong. When they are

presented with evidence that works against that belief, the new

evidence cannot be accepted. It would create a feeling that is

extremely uncomfortable, called cognitive dissonance. And because it

is so important to protect the core belief, they will rationalize,

ignore and even deny anything that doesn't fit in with their core belief.”

  • Who the hell is insterested in "who the hell was Wallace"? Personally, I don't give a shit.

  • @CaptainRumi i know you dont give a shit but wallace is walt from the future

  • 2: They used the submarine to get Locke's father to the Island

3: The DHARMA Initiative broadcasted the signal/numbers

4: Because Richard said so, to Locke, when they meet each other in the jungle. Locke told Ben that they needed everyone to go back. Although it was actually bullshit because the MIB (who told Richard to tell to Locke) just wanted all of them on the Island.

5: Both Sun and Jin where candidates

  • the biggest part of Lost that doesnt make sense is why the man in black is considered evil. Jacob and this man were brothers. A crazy lady killed their mom. All the man in black wants to do is leave the island because his original people werent from the island. Makes perfect sense to me. Jacob seems more like the bad one. How does the man in black leaving the island do any harm to anyone? I guess because in order for him to leave the island had to be destroyed, y??? Jacob left the island, ???

  • 5. To everybody who believes that both Kwons are 42: Darlton said that ONE Kwon is 42 even before season six aired. Sun was the candidate, because Jin chose to stay with her - a candidate can't sacrifice himself or commit suicide.

6*. Was indeed not answered, but I guess sometimes fan use to think that something is important which is at least pointless.

*But I have an unanswered question: Where the hell did you learn counting?

  • 3. Indeed they never explicit answered who send the numbers. Ironically these mysterious numbers stations really exist and nobody knows exactly what they are... so.

    4. Ben wanted the O6 to return, because he was already been manipulated by MiB through Locke (MiB made him and indirectly Ben and Richard believe, that he and not Ben was Jacob's chosen one) and Eloise, which is indirectly explained in "LA X". And MiB needed all the candidates (including Locke's corpse) on the island to kill them off

  • 1. Wallace? You could aks for every other unkown candidate as well. Jacob just wanted Jack to see the lighthouse. That's it.

    2. Possibility number one: Well, Anthony Cooper says himself that he believed to be dead, right? And Ben wants Locke to kill Cooper with a dagger, when John doesn't want to do so, ben claims, that Locke is not the one they were looking for. So what or let's say who do you think might be the "magic box"?

Possibilty number two: ben lied as always and they used the Galaga.

  • OMG, so many of them were answered, just pay attention -_-

  • It seems to me,that the writers themselves didn't even know what was going on. Why could'nt women have babys that were conceived on island? What about Walts "gifts" nothing ever came of that.

  • @botnsane Indeed these were the main two questions never answered at all.

  • @botnsane

The baby-problem was explained in the epilogue. Chang says that no pregnant polars bears are allowed to be used for the Orchid because of the electromagnetism and the radiations... a few years later someone had to blow up the Swan building side where the radiation was much stronger with a hydrogenbomb ;-)

  • @Anubis2705 The baby problem was answered partially in season 2, 3, 4 and 5 acctually. The Electromagnetism causes boosted immune systems, this causes the womens immune system to attack the fetus as if it were a pathogen.

  • @LostFanBoy1

This might be an indirect answer but until the end of season five you couldn't even know how immense the electromagnetic radiation is. You knew that there were electromagnetic fields, but if these alone would have been the reason the babies would have died before the incident as well. It was possible to guess that the incident was the reason, but also after the fifth season a clear, expilicit answer was missing until the epilogue. So what the hell is your problem?

  • @Anubis2705 NO!! The infertility problem was CLEARLY answered before the epilogue, Juliet explained the science behind it in parts during season 3 and 4, We saw evidence of this in season 5 and 6 ie Ethan being born without related problems, Sawyer stating before the incident that "Maybe whatever caused it hasnt happened yet". MIB's villagers bearing children etc, There were problems before the incident but only for those that had prolonged exposure to the energy.

  • @LostFanBoy1

You have a strange definition of a "clear answer". Evidences and hints are something you can interpret to find an answer. A clear answer is, when something is shown completly obvious. Of course everybody who paid attention could guess, that the electromagnetism is the reason and the incident made everything even worse. But that is no proof - if you can't differ between something that is suggested (which can always be a red hering on "Lost") and something that is proven

  • @Anubis2705 The Christian Shephard thing also while not AS clear cut is still answered, The Facts 1.Christian is dead. 2.He is not a "Whisperer" as he was in the afterlife with the Losties, 3.Mib Said it was him and why he did it.4.Mib cannot leave the Island's electromagnetic field so the "Appearance" in the hospital could not have been him. 5.Jack dosent possess the ability of mediumship.

  • @LostFanBoy1

    6. Why should MiB speak about Jack as his son? ("So it begins")

    7. How should MiB have reached the Kahana which was obviously outside the elctromagnetic field? And why should he appear to Michael in the form of Christian as a psychompomp - the same role he plays in the church

    8. How can he be with Locke near the Wheel in the past? (MiB can't enter this room or travel through time)

    9. If Chrsitian would have been MiB, who was the other guy in the cabin? (Hurely's visit)

  • @LostFanBoy1

    10. MiB can't cross the Sonar Fence, but we can see Christian and also Emily Linus in Dharmaville.

    11. If Chrsitian was Mib, he didn't want Jack to find water, but to fall down the cliff.

I am not saying that none of Christian's appearances have been MiB, but you are a fan of conclusions, so here we go:

    1. Christian appears to jack in the church and to Michael before his death as a psychopomp (guide or leader through afterlife). The oldest and most important...

  • @LostFanBoy1

...psychopomp is Anubis whose symbol is a lying dog or jackal.

    2. Under the temple Ben faces the monster in a room with a relief showing Anubis and a snake like entity - very likely the monster and/or Apep

    3. When MiB was thrown into the Source by Jacob and became the monster, there were no more Egyptians left - so who is this monster on the relief.

    4. In Egyptians mythology Tatenen was an island, the first hill ever made and lifted out of the chaotic waters of Nu by...

  • @LostFanBoy1

..Atum (the demiurge of the creation myth of Heliopolis). Tatenen was like... yeah, let's say a cork holding back the chaotic waters of Nu. But tehre was something that escaped the Chaos: a giant snake of smoke, thunder and lightning: Apophis/Apep. Since this day Atum and Apophis are fighting each other unable to kill the other one. Only one god ever made his way back to the place where creation started: Anubis. He brought the corpse of his father to this place and...

  • @LostFanBoy1

...brought him back to life. In some versions Anubis burns Osiris's (his father) dead body and a Benu (phoenix) rises out of the ashes and Osiris is reborn and becomes king of the Duat (underworld). Anubis became the protector of the Island and the Maat (order) whose opposite is of course the Isfet (chaos).

    5. So and what kind of animal seems to have a strange relationship to Christian and shall deliver a message to Jack, because he has work to do? Oh, right: a dog

  • @LostFanBoy1

that is not my problem. Everything that is not shown still belongs to the audience own interpretation for good reason. Even MiB pretending to have been Christian all along is not a clear answer, because he could be lying and there are many reason for serious doubt concerning his averment. This is a the great difference between a claer answer and an answer you find by reading the subtext and interpreting the little hints and evidences.

  • @Anubis2705 Stop trying to be "Intellectual" and look at the facts, 1. Children as young as 6 or 7 were clearly seen within Mib's Roman Settlers village 30 years after they had settled. 2.Ethan was born just prior to the incident without related problems. 3.Eloise hawking left the island just after the incident as she was pregnant.4.Juliet stated that the immune system boost is what triggers the problem. 5.We know that the EM energy is what causes the healing properties. CONT>>>

  • @LostFanBoy1

Am I speaking to a wall? Once more: I never said, that it can't be concluded out of the things seen on the show before the epilogue. You corrected me, although there was nothing to correct, claiming, that it was "clearly answered" in season 2-5 (though: "Across the sea" was season 6). I am completly aware of all these arguments, but they are meaningless compared to a clear confirmation.

P.S.: If I would want to be "intellectual" I would be and not just trying it :-p

  • Ben wanted to go to the island cause he couldn't get back without all of the oceanic 6 cause of the "window" and the shooting in season 5 i myself still wish to know. if you think about it, they have the same boat as the people shooting at them do. so possibly that? Kwon stood for both together, they would both rule, they both died together-they needed each other to go on. Wallace could be walt? and they probably brought anthony cooper by the sub. the magic box was made up.

  • @MegaBroTime and the boat was the same as the other's boats so it was the others. Wallace could be a future nick name for walt. and the numbers was a transmission wasn't hugo i guess :/ the hugo one with the numbers transmitting wasn't answered

  • 42 kwon was jin, because jin was able to travel through time just like everybody else who was listed on that wall. sun wasn't

  • @GosekkkkK exactly my theory.

  • well kwon was the last name of jin and sun

  • Mother of god... 8 likes 15 dislikes. 815

  • @Dayoldsushy HAHA WOW I hope it never changes!!

  • 6: They were 6 members of the Black Rock crew, who were not only traveling through time but were being effected by the "cabin fever" that the Kahana members were experiencing. It is unknown how they were traveling through time. All but 1 of the crew jumped out of the canoe and drowned (In the same way Regina killed herself) He returned to the Black Rock, and to his time, and told them all what happened. And shortly afterwords, the storm caused the Black Rock to crash on the Island. He died.

  • @ExecuteValenzetti How did you come up with this theory about the Black Rock crew? Didn't the black smoke kill everyone but Richard?

  • @Ostro1980 It was written in a "Black Rock journal entry" and was apart of the Lost DVD Collection as a bonus feature. But this theory was before the Black Rock even crashed on the Island, this was about when it was off shore of the Island (And Jacob and the Man in Black were watching) The last survivor from the outrigger chase either died in the crash or was killed by the Monster.

**Because it wasn't officially part of the show, it might not be considered canon**

  • @ExecuteValenzetti I think it was a quick fix they used for some last minute material. From the entries it seems that some of the members were experiencing time displacement but not actually shifting through time. This theory could have worked if a) they only had one boat on the shore when they left in it and b) they didnt have an ajira air bottle in the boat. With those two things its just becomes a big mess.

  • @Ostro1980 That was after the events mentioned.

  • @Ostro1980 it's a bonus in the Lost box set. Personally I think it's crap. It is obviously either Illanas team or Widmores team shooting at Locke who they assume is MIB

  • @Dayoldsushy It was crew from the Black Rock Acctually.

  • @HorizontalShuffle That is a bullshit explanation from the studio actually. That's never what the writers intended, ABC just threw that in to please people but it makes no sense. What makes sense is that it was Illanas people or Widmore's people shooting at Locke.

  • @Dayoldsushy NO it wasnt. The black rock anchored (As we saw in the season 5 finale) for a day or 2, they sent scouts over after seeing Jacob and mib on the beach, They suffered time displacement as Minkowski had, and Desmond after him. While on their way back they saw an outrigger and shot at it, then saw it engulfed by a bright light. Soon after they arrived back the tidal wave took the ship inland.

  • @HorizontalShuffle except the black rock is not equipped with outriggers. They saw the same exact type of outrigger they were in. Also, the mans description makes no sense either. He said that their crew saw a bright flash of light and then saw them disappear, but only the time travelers see the light.

  • @Dayoldsushy So you could see what type of vessel they were in? Lol.. And they themselves were experiencing "Time displacement", It makes perfect sense.

  • @HorizontalShuffle it doesn't. The time displacement experienced by Desmond, which they also experienced is a completely different effect and has nothing to do with the time travel caused by the Island moving.

  • 4: Ben wanted to go back to the Island because it was his home and because he wanted to be judged by the Monster for being responsible for the death of his daughter, and multiple other obvious reasons. He knew that he could only go back if the rest of those who left came back with him, which is why he wanted them to go so badly.

5: Both Jin and Sun were candidates, Jacob simultaneously touched them both at their wedding.

  • 3: The transmission was set up by the Dharma Initiative at the radio tower, to repeat the Numbers, because the Numbers were the core numerical values of the Valenzetti Equation. The key reason the initiative was there was to change these values, because they were convinced that the equation was related to the end of the world, a doomsday. If they ever successfully changed one of the values, the broadcast would change, and it would let the rest of the Initiative know that they succeeded.

  • 1: Unexplained, but over half of the names at the Lighthouse are unexplained or unseen. But he never wanted him to actually turn the dial to Wallace, Jacob wanted Jack to notice that his name is there, and show how important he is.

2: They left the Island, tracked down and followed Cooper down the highway, and ran him off the road, and then kidnapped him and brought him there by the submarine, a day or more before the submarine was blown up by Locke. The Magic Box was a made up metaphor.

  • 4 8 15 16 23 42 equals 108

  • 5. Ben wanted them to go back so badly cause he's a sad lonely man who knows the island is powerful and thinks it's his. 6. It doesn't actually matter which Kwon it represented, but I would say both -- since they are married, they can be counted as one. Jacob told Kate he'd crossed her off the list because she became a mother, yet that "Kwon" is not crossed off. Why would Jacob refuse to separate Kate from Aaron but nonchalantly separate Sun from Jin? So I think that "Kwon" meant both of them.

  • 1. Robert Wallace, from the episode "The Economist" -- or as I think, just a random name. Jacob intended for Jack to see Jack's home, not "Wallace". Jacob just likes the number 108 and knew Jack's number was before it. 2. They brought A.Cooper to the island the same way they brought Juliet Burke - drugged him and took him on the submarine. 3. The magic box was a metaphor for the law of attraction (look it up). 4. It was not Hurley saying those numbers.

  • As for Wallace, you will also note that immediately beneath him is Friendly; as in Tom Friendly!

  • The question about Kwon has an answer. It's both or either. When Kate asked why her name had been scratched out in the cave, Jacob said, "because you became a mom, I assumed you wouldnt want the job. It's still yours if you want it because THE NAMES IN THE CAVE DON'T MEAN SHIT." But what about Kwon 42 in the lighthouse? They were husband and wife so Jacob could view them both at the same time by setting his thing to notch 42.

  • @bladesforlife321 Then why wouldn't the name on the wheel just say Walter?

  • @Ostro1980 Touche...

  • @Ostro1980 did you know that in the cave with all the names the last names there were numbered 4,8,15,16,23,42?

  • @EpicMinecraftia uhh ya

  • I think that the other boat shooting at juliet and the others in the water, could have been them. maybe all the time skipping made too world. like a mirror effect, and they where seeing them selfs. like in the movie TRIANGLE when she keeps looping and catching up on herself. :)

  • Wallace is Walt.

  • @bladesforlife321 walt is his first name and stands for walter

  • the last question is answered. They took the boat from the people from 316. the 316-people atacked them.

  • 1. Hes just another of the candidates that Jacob had brought to the island

    2. They made him crash his car to bring him there

    3. It wasnt Hurley, cmon man. It was the transmission put on at the radio station.

    4. So he could go back to the island, as that was his best shot, and to be judged by smokey

    5. Jin - it is for me anyway, explains my time travel theory - could be either though

    6. It's meant to be the Black Rock crew but that was never confirmed on screen so it was the others for my theory

  • @Ostro1980 4+8+15+16+23+42 = 108

  • @Ostro1980 Also, considering the number of candidates on the board, it could have been a character that Jacob brought to the island before the Oceanic flight. One we never saw, as there were over a couple hundred candidates.

  • @Ostro1980

    1. Some theorize that Wallace could be the last name of Aaron's father, as it was never revealed. So maybe Aaron.

    2. The writer's admitted to "the box" being a metaphor, and nothing more.

    3. I think it was just the disruption of the magnetic field. If they were able to get radio waves, it could've been anything.

    4. He wanted to meet with the smoke monster, to atone for his sins.

    5. I don't think it was important enough to answer. The answer wouldn't reveal any more info.

  • The people shooting at them were actually the survivors of the Agira plane. If you look back they grab an Agira water bottle.

  • @Estrella13Blue The survivors of that flight were all killed by Widmore's people. Watch "Recon" episode.

  • Dont be disappointed uploader. We got the answer..the people shooting at them were people from the Black Rock.

  • Comment removed

  • @beet111 lmfao

  • @beet111 The dog is Vincent, idiot.

  • @26kateausten what?

  • @beet111 Your comment was removed but you thought Wallace was the dog. It's not the dog.

  • In hindu mythology the number 108 is very significant, as is the number 51--Kate Austen, Shiva was the wife of the most important person, her special number was 51, Kate was the constant to LOST's most important character, FANTASTIC WRITING.

  • I love how these questions were either answered or quite insignificant in terms of the story. And 108 is just because 4+8+15+16+23+42 is 108, the on screen answer to why the coincidences with 108 weren't answered (I don't think) but it doesn't really matter too much anyway.

  • @Johnnymushio but killing sum1 in a car crash dus not bring them to the island

  • @zombiez48survivl It didnt kill him, they posed as paramedics, drugged him then kidknapped him.

  • They brought Locke's dad to the island by staging a car accident. Remember? It was not Hurley saying the numbers. Ben wanted them to go back to the island so badly because of was Elloise said. Remember? It was both Kwon's - Jacob touched both of them. The Black Rock team was shooting at them in the outrigger, as the letter in the series boxset revealed. Sometimes I think no one watched every episode in their entirety.

  • @Johnnymushio ... I understand, but how did the black rock team get an outrigger when they came to the island on a blowup raft, also how could they have obtained an outrigger when they where not travelling though time.... (the outriggers where in the future)

  • @ryanshedy The ship did not blow up. when it crashed. It blew up when Hurley blew it up.

  • @Johnnymushio yeah dude i had to watch the whole series twice to fill in answers i missed the first time lol

  • 1. Picking on Wallace huh? Who the hell is Horton, Lewis and everyone else on that part of the wheel? Have we met them? No. Previous candidates I guess.

    2. How do they get anyone else to the island? Sub. and it was a metaphor.

    3. Wasn't Hurley. Those number had been broadcasting for a while.

    4. Really?

    5. Jin. Sun was a mom. Ben told her so.

    6. Others/Widmore

  • silly cunt

  • Jin was number 42.

It´s been stated in an interview.

  • Also you should try and count better, you asked 6 unanswered questions (or maybe it wasn't a question, maybe it was just a complaint)

  • 1. Does it matter who Wallace is? 2. the "others" had a false amluance in Florida who picked up the call for Anthony Coopers accident and they picked him up before the paramedics could 3. Yes it was Hurley's voice, he went back in time when he was in charge of the island to record the numbers to ensure that he himself came to the island 4. Because Ben could not get back to the island on his own. 5. It could mean both of them or either one of them, as Jacob said, it's just some chalk on a wall

  • @Dahgrostabphri Really? It really was Hurley broadcasting the numbers? I didn't know that. I must have missed it. I thought they had said the numbers were broadcasting since the 60s when they first started playing with the numbers. Hurley's crazy friend said he first heard them when he was listening to radio signals in Vietnam.

  • @Iheartcoca13 - Yes and the island moves through time, so yes it's very possible that Hurley did record the numbers to ensure he makes it to the island. Just because they didn't show it in an episode doesn't mean it didn't happen. Lost is like that you know.

  • 42- Kwon mention both of them, they are inseperable.

  • Wallace is a candidate like all the rest. Anthony Cooper explains how he was brought to the lighthouse (did you miss that episode?). Hurley saying the numbers? He can do a little time hopping, or send someone through time. Ben wanted the Oceanic 6 to go back because that was the only way Ben could get back to the island (hitching a ride with them). It doesn't matter which Kwon (or both together). Widmore's people were shooting at Juliet's outrigger. NEXT QUESTION!

  • Comment removed

  • @greyeyed123 dont know Wallace, but has to be a candidate. Cooper, the Others (Bens team) staged a car accident and brought him to the island. The numbers are being read over the transmitter tower so the US Army can always find when they in proximity. Bens only way back to the island is thru the Oceanic 6(like you said). The 1954 US Army is shooting at the outrigger(not Widmores team). Juliet kills 4 of 5 I believe. It has to be Jin, all but her disappeared on the 316, maybe not she had a child

  • @AKinGdom1 "The numbers are ...so the US Army can always find...." The US Army presence was killed in '54 and never returned. The 20 year old knife Ana pointed out was a) older than 20 years or, b) the property of a military person who had been recruited (like Kelvin). The radio tower was Dharma, as were the numbers broadcast. /// We know it wasn't the Army shooting at the outrigger because the '54 Army was not in 2007 (the outrigger was in 2007 per the Ajira water bottles)...hence Widmore.

  • @AKinGdom1 Also, Juliet only hit one of Widmore's people in the pursuing outrigger before they skipped to 1988, leaving the pursuers in 2007. Jin was the husband, SUN was the wife, and since they both ended up in 2007, we cannot say which it was (and since Jacob blessed their love for each other at their wedding, it is likely it was BOTH TOGETHER).

  • @greyeyed123 ok on Juliet on hitting one, I didnt go back on and watch (just what I thought I remembered "I believe"), but it was definitely the 1954 US Army, that come off a Lost: Podcast. I could see where both Jin & Sun were flawed, so both would become protector as one. Sun touched 1st, but both by Jacob. (I could see that, as you say). But once Sun became a mother (Ji Yeon), she wouldve been crossed out like Kate. Possibly the reason she didnt disappear to 1977 on the Ajira Flight 316.

  • @AKinGdom1 "but it was definitely the 1954 US Army, that come off a Lost: Podcast. " It definitely was NOT the US Army. If you rewatch the episode, there are Ajira water bottles in the outrigger. They are in 2007. There are no US Army personnel in 2007. Widmore's people from the sub ARE in 2007, and they used outriggers, and they had rifles, and they shot at people. THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES in that year who had all those things. You are wrong about the podcast.

  • @greyeyed123 those outriggers are old, and it flashed twice while in the outrigger...meaning the timing of the water bottle, is a different time than the shooting. But again thank you, maybe the writers in the podcast are wrong.

  • @AKinGdom1 How did you determine the outriggers are over 50 years old? Moreover, if you rewatch the episode, you will discover THEY ONLY FLASHED ONCE while in the outrigger, which means it is THE SAME TIME AS THE WATER BOTTLE. Moreover, there is no podcast in which the writers revealed anything about this sequence. I listened to all of them, and even if I hadn't, "Lostpedia" would have something about this--either in the Podcast transcripts or on the outrigger shooting page. It doesn't.

  • @greyeyed123 thank you for your persistence on straighten me out on this one, I appreciate it. I found where I read the 1954 idea...and it was just a person suggesting thats what might have happen. I guess it stuck in the back of my brain. I went back and re-watched Season 5 "The Little Prince" as you suggested, instead of just playing off memory of thousands of detailed moments thru 6 seasons. Again, bow to the =P

  • @AKinGdom1 " she wouldve been crossed out like Kate." The problem with this logic is Kate WAS crossed off and she DID appear in 1977. Moreover, when Jacob says, "You became a mother" there is some indication that it may not be Aaron he is referring to; Jack and Kate had sex before leaving on Ajira. The proxy for pregnant Claire (on 815) would be pregnant Kate on 316. They only spent a week in 1977, and a few days in 2007, before Kate flew off the island--possibly pregnant, not yet showing.

  • @greyeyed123 ahhh damn, thats right. Thank you
