Done to the engine: Flowed and ported head, (flowed) 2TG intake manifold adapted to 2T head with aluminium adapter plate, 2TG sidedraft Mikuni Solex PHH40 carbs, increased valve lift by modifieing rockers, higher compression (grinding head) Rocker axle has brackets instead of the springs, increased valve spring pressure by shimming (1.5mm shim) enlighted valve train, approx 80grams (turned internal of followers on lathe, grinded the arms rockers) Original camshaft.

Power increase is unknown yet, have to build my car first. But this engine runs fine on test allready

More power and torque: increase compression ratio to about 9.8 to 1 (only high octane fuel use)
Better exhaust manifold (spaghetti-like) + wider exhaust piping.
And you could consider a Isky camshaft for only 200 bucks.
Instead of the Aisan carbs, 2 downdraft 32/36 weber with adapter plate on original manifold

I have a 2t with 2 dual carbs.What do you suggest me to do,to give more power and torque,but with a low budget?
