This song predates Perfume really hitting the big time (which should predate any of their Hey! Hey! Hey! performances; this song came out in 2005; their breakthrough was around 2007; they really don't perform this song anymore, AFAIK).

"DJ Momoi" is the girl at the turn table. She also wrote this song. She'e better known as Momoi Haruko (or Halko).
