if you give the rebels in the middle east rations, regain, and noodles, eventually they'll give you this song for the ipod, you walk up to them with a ration or other item equip and press triangle, then they'll give you ammo, noodles, and other stuff including this song. when you get it, and have it playing while an enemy is in a CQC hold, when you let them go (dont KO them) they'll start crying until they pass out its funny lolz
