@spudankey I don't understand what you're asking. The hoop wasn't tie dyed, I used multiple colours of tape to make the background look like a rainbow.

how much tape, on avg to tape a hoop?? i know you can't be accurate, but some idea of how much tape to buy to wrap 8 hoops!!??

@CAsleez For beginners, 2 rolls for the background of 1 hoop. When you get better, maybe just 1 roll.

I ordered the tape online from Identitape and The Exit Store (they had a great purple, but they have stopped carrying electrical tape)
