  • I'm tired of all the people that think Norinco is Chinese shit.

  • smokin hot

  • I own one of these. Great gun. I do a review of it on my channel also. I would buy another!!!

  • @civiladvantage

Great! Check another great product from Norinco. It's a clone from H&K MP5. Copy paste this at the search tab --> NELSON NORINCO NR08.

    Enjoy!

    ;)

  • That's my uncle! And I'm proud of him! Filipino pride hooah!

    @Tito Nelson

    Galing :)

  • @stefano2841991 i bought my olympic arms m-4 for $699

  • @kumailkakadi1

in US dollars? My friend told me it ranges from $600 to $800 in the blackmarket. Sometimes a bit higher.

  • @codyshann 4 mags good deal. I think most places in Canada that carry it charge about $700.

  • @roy993

    Barnaul 5.56 AMMO WARNING

The VT State Rifle & Pistol Association had a 5.45 x 39 cartridge get jammed in a RRA NM rifle. This cartridge came in a box of 5.56 ammo! This was during a highpower clinic. The shooter tried multiple times to get the bolt to close. The cartridge was jammed in so hard it took many strikes with a hammer on a cleaning rod to knock it out of the chamber. BE CAREFUL if you have any Baraul ammo to check that you don't get a 5.45 x 39 case!

  • I am thinking on buying this rifle. Can you tell me what is the best ammo for it.What is your experience, is it better 55g or 62g? I plan to shoot cheep Russian ammo Barnaul 55g and 62g a lot and sometimes 5,56x45 NATO. I will upgrade it and use it for IPSC, I need to get good shoots up too 500m. Best regards from Slovenia

  • @roy993

The best ammo for me would be a 5.56X45mm NATO 62g. Just like shooting in IPSC match, I don't use less recoil/less weight round for my .45 cal pistol because I carry a standard round that is a 230g for a day to day basis. Though we use reload bullets here, I asked my friend to make my "reload" a HOT LOAD to be at par with .45 FMJ 230g.

Between 55g and 62g, if youre comfortable with 55g at the range then go for it. Use it as your carry load too.

  • There is nothing wrong with NORINCO products, all are pretty much exceptionally reliable. I am a former Airborne Staff Sergeant and Marksmanship Range N.C.O. and I've tested the M-14 AND M-16 by Norinco and they are really the same as receiving a BRAND NEW Armalite!! This I can testify to...

  • @TheSpritz0

Agreed! As what a friend of mine from the military had said, "they were built not to be pampered but to be abused in the battlefield straight from the box.

  • @codyshann Thank you my friend, you've got pretty good firing technique as well... we always stressed trying to keep at 3 round burst on the range. Believe it or not, in actual combat in Bosnia I used single-shot only when we got attacked en-masse at Medak Pocket. My Armalite was actually smoking like mad after the first attack!!

  • @TheSpritz0

You mean you got a civilian model of Norinco M4 in Bosnia during that fight? No full auto option? If not, single shot is still good as what those guys in Magpul Dynamics recommended. It would be sweet if you got a holographic sight in your weapon system that time instead of iron sights. Glad that youre ok and lived another day. =)

Stay frosty and always watch your 6.

  • @codyshann We had the military model (called here the C-7), but with iron sights (holographic sights were yet to get developed). I could have used them though. We supplied friendly forces (Bosniaks, Kosovars, Albanian & Arab volunteers) with these type of aftermarket weapons and they were all pretty much excellent!!

  • @TheSpritz0 I know DND gave some old C7's or C7A1's to the Afghan Army never heard of any going to other countries. And the C7 is not a version of the M4. It's most similar to the M16A2 developed around the same time except ours have full auto. Since then they took off the carry handle (C7) added a pictiany rail (C7A1) then added the C7A2 sight/scope.

  • @TheSpritz0 Then they issued it as the C7A2 with olive drab hand guards that can accept a vertical pistol grip, olive drab pistol grip and mufti position stock. Barrel is still 20" and it has ambidextrous fire select switch and mag release and the front sight has a triad rail system mounted to it. The M4 is more similar to the C8.

  • I am sold on the Norinco CQ 5.56 and will be sure to buy one, as these, are one hell of a steal of a deal! You guys can get the hi-cap mags but here in Canada, we are limited to 5 rounds in our center fire rifles. Also, we are only permitted to obtain semi-auto firearms, not full auto.

Over all, what did u think of this rifle? Worth the money and better than the competition? I guess I have to hand it to the Chinese for making a great firearm!

  • @MADHater01

It is worth the money but not better than the competition. It is AT PAR with the competition.

  • @MADHater01 lol if you buy a full auto one i wouldnt worry about getting caught with "high" capacity mags as its the full auto feature that will get you into REAL trouble

  • Very good review, any updates on the rifle. I believe I will pick one up for myself, afterall you can never have too many guns.

  • Ful Auto! :) I like Norinco, I have several allredy!

  • I was so happy to learn that my country has obtained a license to domestically manufacture our own versions of these Chinese norincos, but however after I saw this video the rifle looks nices and seems to be quite accurate but, Too much smoke it seems to heat up so damn quickly, and I wonder how hot are these gases and what effect will the have on a shooters face and lunges.

and ofcourse how would this too much smoke effect a soldier in a real battle field. Note Our army is adapting this rifles

  • @spearhead8585 Pretty sure that was the packing grease on the gun being fresh out of the box. Most ppl would give their weapon a little clean and wipe down before shooting it just to save the smoky bit. It looks like these guys opened the box, popped in bullets and went bananas. That wouldnt happen with a well maintained and clean rifle.

  • how much?

  • any idea of how much is this rifle.. in Philippine currency......

  • @raptoromilda

At the last gun show at Megamall, Norinco CQ M4 (CQ-A) is worth P85,000 w/ license. Norinco version of AK-47 is worth P55,000 with license. Both have a Full Auto fire selector switch. Permit to Carry Firearms Outside Residense (PTCFOR) is another thing. The government is strict in issuing them nowadays.

  • pila mani.. heheheheheheheh....

  • judging by the guy's accent....

    I'm guessing...... FILIPINO!!

  • plz call 911 there is a fire

    hhhheeeelllppp

  • Hi Codyshann,

I've recently purcahsed the M4 Norinco, but I have yet to test it because of the ongoing ban on firearms in the Philippines, it has all the functions semi and auto! looking forward to shoot it on June 10! by the way, what ammo did you use? .223 Armscor 55gr.? I believe that M193 ball 5.56 should be fine with our rifles but still would really need to confirm from a Norinco CQ-A 5.56 user.

    Thanks.

  • @chardson67

I believe at this time you have tested your rifle. Theres no problem regarding the brand of bullets. Even the old ones like RPA or WCC. Theres no problem using .223 either. It has been tested and theres no jams in all bullet brands used not like the Bushmaster where theres a failure to feed with our antique bullets. That's why our law enforcements here prefer to buy this Norinco because it is reliable and super duper uber CHEAP.

  • got one

  • @dempsyblackrain

    good for you dude. =)

  • @dempsyblackrain happy with it?

    thinking of getting one myself.

  • am planning to buy this one

  • am planning to buy this next week

  • Azzz Arbalesto sparalesto

  • For the price of it, I'd say it's a great value. Quality wise, I don't think it's up to par with an Armalite, Bushmaster, Colt or any of the big name AR-15 brands - but I can still get a MOA grouping at 50m (haven't taken it out to a larger range) and I haven't had any problems with reliability. They took the Canadian market by storm, and for a first AR, I think it's a great value.

  • Agreed. the finish is not quite smooth. but the overall mechanism is good and reliable. they made it not the traditional way since colt sued them for that. ive check norinco website and they have a unique style in making the barrel. though this m4 clone was a good gun, they were not used as a primary weapon by the chinese army since they prefer their own 7.62 chinese version of the AK-47.

  • @codyshann Hello there. You're extremely lucky for having a select fire rifle,

Those Norinco M4s are arriving here in Italy at a competitive price.

I would know more about your claim about Norinco "unique style in making the barrel". What you mean, also, when you say that "they are not made the traditional way since colt sued them"?

    thanks in advance!

  • @TheHiddenPart

Sorry I can't fink the link anymore regarding the review/forum on Norinco CQ-A barrel.

  • @codyshann I made some research myself, though - and seems that there's some truth in Colt's Mfg. sueing Norinco.

Easy task: they put a commercial buffer tube on it, changed some aesthetical detail and they called it a day.

  • @HarblTheCat1 I imagine if they sold them here that all the manufacters of the ar15 would be very hurt by the low price. If it goes bang everytime and shoots straight, then a Colt or armalite isn't better.

  • @esh325 The thing arrived in Italy some four weeks ago.

People are already shooting the shit out of those things, and don't stop shouting how fine they do shoot.

After the Iphone fanboys, Norinco fanboys. there you have 'em.

  • @TheHiddenPart Shooting the shit out of them? Are they falling apart? Not all Norinco guns are good, but the ones they specialize in like AK's and SKS's are good.

  • @esh325 at all. I meant there's people here that's shooting them Norincos without much regard for cleaning or babying them for the sake of reliability, and none of them has failed once, still. they certainly nailed it with this M4.

  • very nice post, i am planning to buy one, still looking for reviews

  • Excellent video! I own one in Canada, but it's been converted to semi-automatic only in accordance with Canadian law.

  • @HarblTheCat1 You are lucky to have one even only in semi-automatic. I can hardly find one here but we can acquire the full-auto option at a price hehe

  • @HarblTheCat1 did it come with all that stuff in the video? 4 mags etc? Im thinkin about buying one as soon as we get them here in NS.

  • @Judokkaa NS as in Nova Scotia?

It came with everything except 4 mags - only came with 2.

You can get them from Marstar for $700.

  • @Judokkaa it only cme with a 2 magazine

  • @HarblTheCat1

It is not "converted", but built as a semi-auto....

If it is the selective-fire version that is "neutered" to semi-auto, then it'll become "converted auto" as per our laws, which is classified as a "prohibited" firearm......

  • @Polyshot I haven't had a look at the sear, but I believe you are correct. Odd though, I thought the CZ858's had their sear's modified so they can't fire FA (but are Res/Non-Res).

  • @HarblTheCat1

Well it has to do with the receiver, if a receiver of a full-auto weapon is altered to semi-auto, then it is considered as converted auto........

IIRC the Vz.58s(NOT the Vz.858, as they were made in different factories) that we used to get were assembled with the receivers that were never been put together into the automatic rifles......

  • @HarblTheCat1 hé mate.

    Do you like it?

I'm thinking of getting one buthard to find comments.

    Grtz,
