I actually met her at a thrift store and she is short and I would say that she is easily one of the nicest women I have ever met and I gave her a hug. She couldn't be any taller than 5' 3" and she is gorgeous at any weight. Do you go up to people on a regular basis and ask them if they've had a colonoscopy or if they've been flossing? NO. @kaliyuta She's only 5'2. She's not all that big. I would say she's about a 16/18 in dress/shirt area. Please, complain about people who are 300+ pounds. They are at the most risk when it comes to health. She jumps around singing on stage for a living- at least she moves. :/

@MaandaaRaae My point exactly.It all depends upon height when you are technically obese.The shorter more the risk.Even doctors can back this up.It's fact.She's 5'2 and clearly over 250.You do the rational math on that one.She is posing herself a health risk,that was the only point that i was making.I myself am a 16/18 and i can tell you she definitely isn't.Even in this interview she was proud about the fact that she still eats "southern fried foods".

A major factor in Mama Cass' heart attack was the VLCD(very low calorie diet) she was on right before the attack. While yes her weight was the other major factor, if she would had focused on proper nutrition and exercise she probably would have still been alive today. VLCDs are much worse on the heart than obesity itself, which is saying allot since obesity is one major factor for heart disease. If Mama Cass hadn't crash dieted to loose 100 pounds she would have lived to be at least 50.
