Did i just hear "robs you off motivation"? While I was working in Amsterdam I even surprised myself for working so hard since stuff tends to be taking with alot more "ease" when being high or "landing". It really gives motivation.

The ONLY thing i agreed with is the memory short term loss, which is just whatever anyway.

Marijuana is way better than Alcohol, helps my apitate, sleep and social contact since I loose up so much. Marijuana is fucking awesome.

Surprisingly, no one brought up tourism and other spin-offs that would bring in HUGE revenue for the State. And I love how the assembly needs their Constitutional rights read to them.

States have seperate authority than the Feds and a lot more resources.

Think about it. The Feds. are backing off of medicinal marijuana because of lack of resources. So how could they try to control the whole State, if it does get legalized?.. They can't.

It doesn't make much since I mean, if people didn't like marijuana smokers in their state why not legalize it in California? then there would be a drop of pot smokers from Nevada, Oregon, Texas because they would flock to California.

Most of whom are cops, judges, attorneys, federal agents and the bunch with HUGE budgets towards their departments. If Marijuana were legal they would not justify the expenditure in some areas of law enforcement. Like choppers for eradication efforts. Aww but choppers are fun mommy!!! NO! the state government is more powerful than the federal government. The states created the federal government and the states can shut down the federal government.

Theoretically yes, but we'll see how powerful the states are when the federal government pulls there funding out from under bankrupt progressive states such as California due to their legislation (something the Constitution and judicial precedent legally allows them to do). Just look at the federal response to the San Francisco gay marriage bill a few years back and you have a good example of what will happen if they legalize marijuana. I love torching a bowl just as much as anyone but.....

I don't necessarily think this bill will pass, but one of the ballot measures might. As soon as California legalizes it (and it will), the USA and the world will follow within a few years.
