The ice clamps can be found on ebay and some sporting goods stores.

The saw I have not seen again since I bought it 3 years ago. You might find one on ebay as well...Good Luck!!

i f you start the spear into the water then throw , you get better shots , cause the initial splash scares them , then you get better chance to hit right behind the gills save some meat

We basically just drop the spear. You want to guide it and give it just a little push, the weight of the spear will do most of the work for you.
