Great review, really enjoyable show from Chikara. I think a few of the matches could have used a little bit more time (Eddie/Quack was the only match that went over the 15 minute mark) but pretty much every match provided a satisfying conclusion to a well-built storyline and made you interested in seeing where things are headed in 2012. Chikara has been the best US promotion of the year, though I might have to give it to PWG if Steen Wolf and FEAR turn out to be incredible.
I wouldn't want King Of Trios on iPPV personally. That's too much money to fuck with if ya ask me. But hey, there's other times of the year like C-Rex to do single shot iPPV's.
I was bothered by changing of entrance music, especially with The Colony, it's hard to not hear Ants Marching when I see them. Eh, just what they had to do for the iPPV.
Donst has gotta stay heel, IMO. He'd have to be if he went against Kingston.
Do you think Tim Donst can ever become a major player outside Chikara? Im a fan but it feels like he is missing something, I just dont think he has that killer instint. mabey if he did a tour of Noah or something, to me he if the definition of potential, but it just hasnt paned out yet.
ROH didn't fire Cabana, he left the company. Good video, this show was fantastic.
