  • I usually do it straight up. Your stoked after the first 100 push ups and the squats just take you out. Your hormones are gonna be pumped for at least 3-4 days following so you may wanna go light the following days after. SemperFi Crossfit!!

  • How did you guys break the workout down? Did you do 10 pullups, 20 pushups, then 30 squats for 10 sets or the straight 100, 200 and 300? Thanks for the info on Murph. I never knew the history on this one.

  • Do all the reps of one before moving to the next exercise.
