Eh, it really depends on the guitar more than on the player, I think. I remember the trem detuning my strings A LOT on the ibanez low end, a bit on the strat, and not at all on the PRS. So I'm not sure I can help!

hod, do you have any tips for getting the right sound in the chorus? I know the opening chord is Cminor (i think so), do you play it on only 2 strings or do you just palm mute every string?

I play it on 2 strings with a little bit of palm mute between the accents! I think the way Matthew plays it is with full chords though.
