The other thing that Dollar is ommiting , is that Wigglewoth operated in what the bible calls " the gift of faith ", which is not the same as everyday ordinary faith. The " gift of faith " is where God himself gives you the supernatural ability to belive for a miracle. You see it a lot in tent revivals , because miracles are God's calling cards.

@tbursee the gift of faith comes from a seed of faith, faith grows and G-D freely gives to whoever hears G-Ds voice-faith comed thru hearing and hearing thru the word of G-D, wigglesworth wasent born with this gift of faith, it was developed over time ,and that s what Pastor dollar is doing , watering seeds-

I think that Dollar has a true calling and gift to teach. But he has perverted the gift and used it to make himself rich. I hope that he repents of preaching a false gospel and follows the real gospel. The prosperity doctrine is straight from the pit of hell. It's a shame that he refers to a real man of God , Smith Wiggleworth for his text.

@soljahsolrac How many rich carpenters do you know? How many rich families have their babies outside in a manger? How many rich people pay their taxes out of a fishes mouth. Jesus lived by the word of God , and his trade as a carpenter. He was by no means rich.His cloths were not special , just a souvenier. Dont let Dollar brain wash you . The bible does not say what he is preaching to you.Jesus does not want you rich, he wants you saved. The world and its wealth is going to pass away.

The value did not come from the cloths , the value came from who was wearing them. If he was rich , why did he say he had no where to lay his head ? He was rich , in heaven....

@soljahsolrac The wealth of the wicked being stored up for the just is sowing and reaping. You see God always balances out the scales. When something is taken from someone , like opportunity was from blacks on the plantation, then God doubles back to give that generation what was taken. So you got the NBA, NFL , welfare , section 8 etc. The wealth that will be given is simply what was taken from the righteous over the years because the world wealth is built of off exploitation.

@soljahsolrac And there is no such thing as a new testament tithe. Paul said we do not give grudgingly or out of necessity , but that God loves a cheerful giver. A giving hearth replaces a tithe. God works through relationship. When God has a relationship with you , he can direct you on what to give , and who to give it to. Preachers use the verse you quoted to rip people off. It's a pyramid scheme , like changing your world , one dollar at a time. Blessing you cant contain? it's Jesus himself

@soljahsolrac When Jesus said that , he was still in the old testament , it was just written in the new. The new testament did not start until after the resurrection .So show me one place in the NEW testament where you are commanded to tithe?
