i remember watching this in the philippines when it aired on Qtv 11 around 2005-2006 but I never got to see the end because I left the philippines TT^TT..I'd watch this in the philippines before school with my older sis and lola while she fixes my hair..I was 8 back then....so long ago...
I was trying to remember what cable TV channel was doing this series in English. Was not Nickelodeon, but I think it was Family Channel when it was known as CBN TV (It was a religious channel) back in the mid 80's. Today is known as Toon Disney or DisneyXD. So, you can imagine what the first incarnation of the channel was offering.
Yes, Honey Honey was shown in USA on channel CBN, but it didn't turn out to be success after shojo wasn't so popular in 80s usa, as even girls watched those generic shonen spacetrotter animes all time. Honey was althought released in two VHS casettes by SONY and they are now very rare. Gotta try to hunt one from Ebay and buy it.
