Actually its called the occipital atlanto axial region. Cervical doctor should know how to untwist, untilt and position the atlas centered and level in a neutral position under the center point under the skull without twisting the head. No full spine adjustment needed. I go by what thay do, not by what thay look like. Find a much better one in your state on (upcspine )this is a full spine popper and cracker.
