  • Matthew Barlet Is About As Stupid & Retared As One Can Be In A U.S. Court of Law. He Should Have Got 6 Months In The Clink.

  • six and a half minutes of asking why he flipped him off lol how do you reply to that

  • He better not moon any of the prisoners while he is in prison

  • At least someone has the integrity to tell the truth in this trial.

  • If I were his defense atty I would have said he was ttrying to picl his nose...and the reason the middle finger came up...well he had a really BIG booger he was trying to pick...

  • @killerklown818 that is called the "drilling for oil" defense lol

  • @FutureRetro2010 And it wouldn't work in this case.

  • Well at least someone was found guilty. KEKEKEKEKE!

  • congrats. You were able to charge a man with contempt. Now how about the murderess on trial? Court of law indeed. I find blatant lies more offensive than the middle finger from some nobody. Focus people focus.

  • @ellenhg45 yeah this is a wtf moment right?

  • @ellenhg45

It was the responsibility of the jury to find the nutjob Casey as guilty. The jurors made the decision, then came out and said they were sick about their own decision. Does a judge ever rule against a jury's decision (probably not)? I wonder.

  • @chgosatrap a judge can overturn a verdict if it is blatantly clear that jury misinterpreted the evidence and got it totally wrong. it is very rare that judges do that, though.

i hate to say it but the jury got this one right. there was reasonable doubt all over this case.

there was NO physical evidence of murder.. a tough pill to swallow, but that's the way it goes down in the courtroom. it's all about the direct evidence. they didn't have any. no cause of death = no murder conviction.

  • @avzeolla

hi Av, thanks for response. I didn't think a judge could just flip off the jury's decision like the snap of a finger. And yes, you are right, no physical evidence. The rest of us are just going by emotion. We don't "like" Casey; she is rude to parents, ungrateful, etc, and is not a nice person. BUT facts are facts, and the law is about facts. Thanks again!

    diane

  • @avzeolla He can overturn a guilty verdict but not a not guilty verdict.

  • @Appleholic1 right, thanks for clarifying

  • good for him he should have done it right to his face. ashton IS an asshole and his woman counterpart is too. they have tried to prevoke baez at every turn by objecting to anything and everything. ridiculous. and ashtons laughing during baezs closing really pissed off some jurors, obviously. ashton is a legend in his own mind.

  • So you telling me he waited 12hrs in line, to get a seat in a court room just to go to jail for 6 days and pay $400 fine, and $223 court cost? DUMBASS

  • Belvin don't fuck around!!!

  • I think the Judge was more than fair...still funny as Hell tho

  • tazz6108 if you feel so sorry for Kasey, how about letting her babysit your kid?

  • @ObamaBinLyin yeah seriously lmao!!! Hey tazz6108 I sure hope you don't own a pool.

  • Right or wrong,Ashton needed someone to show him what people think of him.I love it got to find that TGIFand give Matthew an extra tip.Thanx Matthew loved it.

  • @tazz6108 hey if you think it's ok to flip the bird in court and applaud Matthew for doing it, then why don't you do it yourself in another courtroom? Or are you too much of a pussy? I'm guessing it's the second one.

  • I feel for the kid, too. However, Judge Perry is well aware that he needs to nip this kind of behavior in the bud. People have strong feelings about this case and he is sending out the message that this kind of action will not be tolerated. If he doesn't correct it now, what will it be like when the verdict is read?

  • was it too hard to say I'm really sorry

  • I weep for the future with disrespectful youth like this.

  • "Middle Finger of Affection" - LOL. Judge Belvin's got a good sense of humor.

  • LOL...this kid was humiliated. I do feel for him, but at the same time, if he isn't made an example of, punks will come along and do the same or worse. There has to a degree of respect. Like the judge said, this shit is disruptive and any slow down of proceedings means more time and more time means more of my tax money! Give em hell judge! LOL

  • This neanderthal learned an expensive and humiliating lesson lol Congratulations, pinhead...you'll think twice next time before flipping that finger again.

  • Anyone need a job? Theres a opening at TGI Fridays for a Server.

  • i bet people will be going to tgif friedays in orlando now just to see his face he got 15 minet of fame now

  • This guy is no "kid", as he's 28 years old. - should know better.

Unfortunately for him, the TGI Fridays that he works at was mentioned by him in court. I'm guessing that management is not pleased.

  • There was MORE before this - there is a sign that says "NO GESTURES" in court - also it was given orally. The judge asked Bartlet did he read it and understand it. Bartlet read it, heard it and KNEW not to use ANY gestures.

  • wwell thats what happens when you fuck around in court

  • the index finger isn't the middle finger, sir

  • @clb393 I wondered if anyone else noticed that, and he did it twice

  • hahhha great stuff

  • Mr. Bartlet deserved this! He is very lucky to have gotten just 6 days and not a full 160 or 180 days. He is also that he got the misdemeanor court costs, and not a felony court fine.

I saw this unfold when it actually saw this happen this afternoon, and I laughed my rear off, but at least I know that this was unacceptable.

  • @gobama2011 calm down grandma... it was just a finger. They should have just let him go and quoted the line "kids will be kids"!

  • @davejsmith First I am 33 years old, so don't exactly appreciate the Grandma comment, but I am a forgiving person. As for them letting him go. He had every reason to get what he got! Rules are rules in a court of law, especially during a murder trial. He's not a kid either. He is 28 years old! He graduated high school, he's a server at TGI Fridays. If you can't behave in a COURT OF LAW, they why even go to the trial. There was a reason, he just chose not to disclose it! Why do it for "No reason?"

  • @gobama2011 haha, I wish the money to lock this guy up would come directly from you. If I was the judge, I would have reprimanded him in the court as the judge did and told him to go... it takes a strong society to act human, even though some people are a-holes.

33 and you still don't know that placing people in jail doesn't fix societies problems at all... this guy won't learn a thing, except criminal behavior. When I was in jail for 2 days... I learned how to roll a joint.

  • @davejsmith It may not solve the societies problem, BUT it will hopefully and that's a huge hopefully change the kids mind about ever doing that again.

  • @gobama2011 It won't and that's why our crime rate is high and our jails are full.

  • What a doofus. LOL!

  • He got what he deserves lets hope casey does too
