This is obviously a girls guide (as you stated). A guy would say, "dude, you got somethin stuck in your teeth" or "you got somethin on your face" and that would be it. Women are too sensitive. Also, I think quietly whispering "your fly" while pointing down would be a little better than pointing at your crotch like you're inviting them. An open fly is embarassing whether someone tells you or not. I find myself wondering if anyone saw if I discover my fly open.
