In the REAL world you go in and stay in until the jobs done there is no in and out shit you have no time for that, Sifu Pete has shit loads of drills based on real situations so his students don't jump about sizing each other up when it kicks off and the shit hits the fan you have to fit in and adapt, that's why so many students are confused never mind! Its because there instructors have taught them to spar simple, so if there instructors haven't got a clue what chance have they got!
lol the videos are also demonstrations people, duhhh use your brains. plus his whole way of teaching is based around being attacked on the street, he doesnt do competition sparring.
whats the point in being fast for the sake of it? - sure tommys fast but sifu pete (unless you havnt noticed) fights to end as quick as possible ! (simple, direct and practical) just remember - who are you showing off to if you get cornred in a dark alley ?
