  • The quality in this music video is really amazing.

It really looks like hes on a train track.

  • This guy had something to bad he didn't make a come back..

  • Rappers wearing suits that actually fit them. What a nice flashback!

  • that hook kills my speakers and subwoofer. Thank you crazy Ice. I knew I didn't just dream this song back in 1991

  • if I didnt see this, I would think its a black guy rapping pretty good for old school, least he never rapped about killing his mom.

  • Sweat and perspire is the key here....lol

  • LOL I haven't heard this song since I was about 10 years old (I'm 31) I really thought he was on a train when I was a kid!

  • its funny at the end when hes walking with all the black guys thinking hes proper cool loool, i had the album back then (blush) lol

  • Gay

  • this shit is iconic eminem and all the trash out now is fucking up the world

  • jasonmit , everybody in the world know that the sample was mixed by the beastie boys but every rapper in the world use sample by other rappers and that's what make rap the music of the streets

  • lmao

  • go white boy!!! till now no one beats your funky gansta rapology.

  • Vanilla Ice is such a hack.

Am i the only one who noticed this sounds way too much like B-Boy Bouillabaisse by the Beastie Boys on their album Paul's Boutique? Really, check it out! It starts at 2 minutes, 19 seconds.

  • @jasonmit It does not SOUND it, it IS it! Neither Vanilla Ice nor The Beastie Boys wrote the riff, they both sampled it from an earlier song. They both sampled it from an earlier song. I am surprised you did not put 2 and 2 together here.

  • Same riff- both sampled from an earlier song.

  • @1980ddaly ----Stop That Train is by Keith and Tex, it's Jamaican, it's from 1967. It's been sampled, rapped over, and otherwise recycled in Jamaica pretty much ever since the original "riddim" was laid down in the 60s.

  • i think ice fell out because he could actually rap and make good music and dance, but at the same time he was doin that, the black folks could not do that and rap is a african american thing, but wait how is m m doin it i like ice better than m&m

  • @walker7261981 cos m&m did it 20 years later. Mindsets do change a lot within that time. eg. 20 years ago ameicans wouldve been affronted at the idea of a black president- wait THE WHOLE WORLD!

  • @walker7261981 i AGREE WITH YOU. vANILLA ICE PUT THE NOTION THAT WHITE BOYS CANT RAP AND DANCE TO SLEEP. IM A BLACK WOMAN BTW AND I STILL FEEL ICE IS AS HOT AS HE WAS 20 YEARS AGO, NOT EVEN SOME BONAFIDE BLACK RAPPERS CAN COMPETE.

  • I miss when rappers dressed in suits.

  • wack

  • Vanilla Ice is so hott!!!

  • @spiritofmysoul ur not a rapper so stfu until u can get a song put on the radio

  • track is sick

  • One of Ice's best tracks!

  • I walk into a gang owned-operated bar. I walk up to the juke box. I play Vanilla Ice.

    WIN.

  • this track is fucking dope. vanilla sounds gangsta as.

  • he got crap because he said he was street and we wasnt

  • just shows the boy can't handle a real woman. Handcuffs and chains is a great game to play.

  • @spiritofmysoul Yep, we're living in the era of mediocrity. Art and creativity moved out when we let fear into our hearts. Thank you, US government, for staging the attacks on your civilians on 9/11. Your plan to turn us all into drones succeeded... Or did it? Thing is, we're all mostly on the same boat and waking up; you won't be able to keep us with the illusion that we're separate for much longer... Then, there's going to be a high cost to pay for your crimes. Judgment will be upon you soon!

  • @phubans MAN MISS DA GOOD OLD RAP OF BACK IN DA DAYS . AND I'M GLAD THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS 9/11 WAS AN INSIDE JOB !

  • Still better than most of the shit on the radio these days.

  • @phubans I feel sorry for him because of all of his albums never got great reception or even great in general. Maybe he just likes making music the way he wants to, no wonder he isn't mainstream anymore.

  • @phubans: WOW!! The state of music MUST be terrible if we're reminiscing about Vanilla Ice songs.

  • @phubans not true

  • @spiritofmysoul well..i agree with wut ur saying but first of all...don't ever dis Nickelback.. and 2nd, i think when the terrorist attack happened we all just lost sight of everything and how good music was supposed to sound. Like we were all nervous or somthing, no alot of rap is shit and rock and roll has changed so much it's hard to find a really good band anymore..

  • @iMuRdEReDHeLL0KiTTY Nickelback sucks, thats right I just dissed them. 9/11 had nothing to do with todays crappy music. Music goes through stages much like everything else in life, it has it's good times and it has it shitty times. Your name lies too, hellokitty is still alive I just seen it at hot topic.

  • @totalchaos09 lmao i gotta laugh at that one..

  • @totalchaos09 hellokitty is still alive I just seen it at hot topic. lol

  • Arguably the best Ice song on the album...

  • il me fait penser un James Deano, un raté comme lui

  • he was given a hard time because he didn't admit to sampling other songs.

  • HES NO EMINEM IS HE LOL XXX

  • @MegaMANTLE7 noo but he was k and cud dance.

  • @MegaMANTLE7 Nope, he's better than Eminem xoxo

  • Snapback Starter caps are still the shit.

  • Beastie Boys used this sample MUCH better.

  • i have to say as a old skool hip hop fan i would rather listen to vanilla ice any day over slim shady. and thats for real.i aint joking call me mad.

  • really good memories

  • Your Rite Hollister!

  • Man how retarted you should be to like vanilla ice .... really how retarded??

You must be a freaking geek with no friends , girlfriend etc etc

Smurfs are better than this j...k

  • @Magazinonow

I don't get what you're so stirred up about, its an opinion in the end of the day, its my opinion that this is better than other bands such as Eminem or Justin Bieber, just because I have a different opinion is no reason to call me or anyone else retarded (yes it is spelled as retarded, what are you? russian?).

  • what a stupid nigger

  • Damn! Dat shit's gangsta.

  • un buen ritmo y todo lo que le hacia falta una excelente manera de rapear muy cool

  • well I guess Vanilla Ice is better than Lil Wayne!

  • this poor man is one of the worst cases of no self esteem ever... fabricating his past is nothing... now adays he's hopelessly enslaved by the opinions of others, trying way to hard to be someone else. the jesus of posers

  • @jennasmommynikki

I agree This was My Fav song back when I had the Tape, I would rewind the Walkman. haha

  • I'd rather listen to this than that fuck'n emo garbage.

  • man i sure i had hes style & dance moves, between him & mc hammer they were the FUCKING BOMBS...go white boy go white boy go vanilla ice yup yup....vanillaice4life\m/(>_<)\m/!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • mmmaaaannnnn fuck the haters Vanilla Ice had hella dope tracks

  • Best Hairstyle Ever,whoahhhhhhhhh...Love You Vanilla Ice 80`s Best!!!

  • im not gay, but i wanna fuck this guy

  • @todnyc

haha, it's only gay if You make Eye Contact.

  • @jennasmommynikki yeah it did, I used to know every song by heart... man, i'm old lol

  • white

  • i love the shit out of 3rd bass. they slammed vanilla ice with their hit "pop goes the weasel". the irony is that they sampled the SHIT out of songs themselves. i mean, who really gives a fcku. if you like the music, then it's all good. he was outed by some piece of shit black reporter who investigated his biography. why? who the fcku cares whether he has "street creds"? there are black rap artists who are just as "fake" as vanilla ice was but nothing seems to be made of those guys.

  • i was into Vanilla Ice when i was about 10 and saw him live. It is still one of the best shows i have ever seen. Also if it wasnt for him i wouldnt have started listening to Snoop then Cypress Hill, then everything other rap record that has come since.

  • May be a little silly now but it wasn't back then. If you're old enough...you rocked it. Don't lie. Artists have been sampling other artists tracks way before Ice.

  • that fuckin hair due man its like.. dadada daaaaaaaa..lol..fuckin FLAT top for real..lol

  • people hate on what they are jealous of . for his time he put a lot to shame . vanilla ice . kick it one time homie . consider me homie 4 life

  • still great song!!

  • PULL the train..I wanna get off......

  • i have the vinil ice ice baby

    i love this guy

  • Ice was a bad-ass.. I remember when i was 10 i got his album in 1990 (or maybe 91) and this shit was fresh. We used to peg our pants back then, if you didnt have a pair of Jordan-10s you where a fag, or a poor fuck. I had a pair of vision street wear 1's, you didnt wear socks back then.. no matter who you where. You where either a skater or a rapper. If you wherent one of those you were a fuckin nerd.

  • @BobShuthead Excuse me.. Jordan-5's

  • @jennasmommynikki -well, except for Eminem is soo yummy..he rocks tha mik...he learnt from vanilla.......don't forget Em'....:)

  • nebody who hates on this obviously was not a youth in 1990. BEST ICE TRACK EVA> BEAT WUZ SICK AZ HELL BRO!

  • gotta love this guy

  • the beat is sic but the words suck!

  • This is awesome, and just gets better with age. Why did I never see this on MTV back in the day?

  • ICE is a lyrical genious!!!! His raps are some of the best!!!!

  • LMAO! You say that as if Vanilla Ice wrote his own lyrics. So young, so naive.

  • His hair was made of fiberglass.

  • ROFL

  • ur beat vanilla ice

  • The message is perfectly clear in this song: Women are crazy. Amen brother Ice LOL

  • hot hot h...o...t!!!!!!

  • Man, this guy is a bad-ass.. i wish this guy would beat the fuck outta my parents and blast me into a 1990's daze... ICE FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • HELLLLL yea

  • This was always my favorite Ice song, He was the first Highly listenend to White rapper, no matter what people say he was the shit when I was 15. He deserves more credit then he got!

  • The man deserved better production values out of his videos. Ice Ice Baby was made for $8000; I imagine this one was even less. Where did all the money go that he was making?

  • This is when music was invented, lawls!

  • what was that sample he used they never said in the inset of original print back in the day

  • Way to steal an instrumental track from the Beastie Boys...with the SAME EXACT TITLE.

  • Actually one of the Iceman's best. I'll give him credit; he flowed nicely on this track. (no pun intended)

  • Perfect voice and lyrics beat etc but the music videos were like done with one camera. Very very low budget. Still though, Vanilla Ice remains one of my favourites.

  • Quality! Vanilla ice was and still is the man!! Ha Ha!

  • there is none more gangsta than ICE! all rap playin the same game!!!!

  • He got so much crap because black people wanted rap to stay a black only thing.

  • @ianfranklin1 I thought he got so much shit because he made up his backround

  • i wonder who would win in a battle between Vanilla Ice and Zack Morris. my money's on Morris

  • How could u forget about stop that train it was one of his best but shit i think all his songs were the best

  • Awesome. Great video. Hail Vanilla Ice.

  • forgot about this one!

  • i thought ice ice baby was good, this song is way better

  • Token black dudes in all of Vanilla Ice's videos = GIMMICK!!!

  • research your hip hop before you comment dude!

  • research your videos and look at the obvious before you comment dude!

  • twat

  • you are what you post homie!!

  • Stop that train!!

  • eminem who??hahahaha!!!vanilla rockxxxx!!!!!!

  • YOU ROCK!

  • Old School rap is great, he just did a bad job of it.

  • LOVE you Vanilla!!!!

  • I don't think he cares about your opinion. Go become a career critic or something.

  • I never understood why everybody gave him a hard time for using samples from other songs. Almost 85% of the hip hop/ rap artist in todays music use old 80's music samples. I mean i am not really defending Ice because his stuff is kinda silly, but why give him a hard time. 50 cent has used bits from other songs, Biz, Rehina, Will Smith, Flo Rida, and tons of others

  • wow, couldn't have said it any better. +1 to that.

  • I don't think it was the sampling, which a lot of people do as you said before, as much as it was HOW he was sampling. He didn't give ANY credit at all to the original artists, and passed it off entirely as his own work and even denied that he sampled with his "one note" argument.

Plus, people tend not to like horribly subpar white rappers mutilating kickass songs.

  • @hollisterstudd13 using other beats was nothing... he instantl lost respect and became a joke when his fabricated past became public, also the name van winkle is associated with being a "nerd"

  • @hollisterstudd13 He is a lying ass honky.Thats why.

  • @brothamandap and black people never lie....right? everytime they open their mouth its a lie

  • @brothamandap

His record label made up his fake "street" image. They even wrote a phony autobiography without even telling him.

Read up on the facts before you call Ice a liar.

  • @hollisterstudd13 To be fair, people gave him a hard time because he was rap music's Anti-Christ. The overt sampling was merely co-incidental. Word to your mother.

  • @hollisterstudd13 hear hear

  • If she stops the train then how you gonna get off?

  • great

  • Cool name!

    -Stosa!

  • to me this is one of his best songs he was pretty average but had some mad beats

  • this is bad ass

  • I'm coming to make you bleed Robert.

  • sampled by the beasties

  • Uh, no.. Paul's Boutique came out in 89, this came out in 90. I think they all sampled the same person, but I'm not sure. The B-boys sampled "Save the World," and "Draw Your Brakes" on their "Stop That Train," track. May have been the same samples with Ice.

  • probably... we all know how much vanilla ice loves plagiarism.

  • Lol, let's not be too hard on him. A lot of hip hop artist sample, Biz Markie even had to go to court over some stuff he sampled.

  • True, but he could at least admitt it.

  • At least he was legit and didn't pull a Milli Vanilli

  • whats that dudes name???

  • Rap now a days will look like this in 20 years.

  • this is better than rap that comes out these days, at least hes semi original in his own cheesy way

  • Lol this is horrible

  • This is sadly A LOOOOOOOOOOOOT better than the rap coming out today.

  • This should have been the third single instead of "I Love You". That song completely turned him into a joke and nobody took him seriously at all after that.

  • i agree he should of drop this 3rd and i love u 4th he should of remix it and tweet it up ,cause it wuld of been a gurantee hit

  • As if he hadn't already tried to remix "I Love You" when they put it out as a single by having labelmates, the R&B group Riff, sing background vocals.

  • How do you keep that crazy hair under a ball cap...!!??

  • didnt dr dre produce this album, then vanilla got divorced and put weight on ,and did two good albums then just relased shit after that,im sure this is him.

  • stop that train its a sample from the song B-Boy Bouillabaisse by Beastie Boys, its a 12: 17 lenght song consisting on 9 sections...cheers !

  • this is one of his best joints and just a great record!

  • everybody else sucks vanilla ices dick

  • holy pixels

  • Still a classic!!! Takes me back to my first girlfriend and playing super nintendo. Hell yeah ice is the man.

  • Ahh naw, the starter jackets hahahaha ah man. Im have flashbacks now. I remember people use to get jumped, beat down, and robbed for those coats. I didnt give a shit tho, I HAD to have one. I had a red UNLV jacket with the matching hat..I thought I was the shit back then. You couldnt tell me nothing.

Everybody yapping about this being the best hip hop album. Different strokes for different folks man. "The best" is in the ears of the listener. Thats like asking whats the best movie ever made

  • Raiders jacket

  • ... He needs to get laid...

  • Niente a che vedere con i 99 posse XD (x fortuna, x i 99 ovvio)

  • This song is DOPE!

  • *some stuff...*some lol

  • shits better than stuff thats out now, thought id neva say that LMAO

  • wohoo! this was my fave back in 4th grade! haha

  • go vanilla ice 4 eva

  • Yeah, he did well to sell all those albums (And somebody was buying them!) BUT we're missing the main point; This man knew how to steal/use a sample.

Oh, man who remembers the "feud" between him and M.C Hammer??

  • whats the difference?? most hip hop songs that are hits use samples...even like mc hammer. why you throwing vanilla ice under the bus?

  • STOP THAT "RAPPER"....

  • Stop that train..........

  • I wonder if the background dancers deny they were ever in this video? I'm sure this is one job they exclude in their resumes.

  • Dont be rediculous, they were proud to be a part of it and probably are now.Vanilla Started rap music.Without ice it wouldnt have been so popular and acceptable.he paved the way!

  • auuhh man..it's very sad how little you know about rapmusic.
