all genuine honda engines have a decompression system on their cam shaft and head.
But something is hiting badly in your engine. I suppose that, either your haven't set up correct the cam timing, and the inlet valve is hiting the piston, or using hi-compression piston without valve chamfer.
Or wrong clearence in vavle rocker arm.
I don't remember any dry clutch hearing like this...
generally, its a spring operated mechanism on the exhuast cam sprocket. However, i dont know if these are 4 valve engines, or the normal chinese PILE OF SHIT 2 valve engines.
