YAAAAAAAY This is my exam piece T_T HELP ME GOD WITH IT....my teacher said it will be very fast but i liked your :DDDDD....now my head is gonna BOOM when i need to play a part at beggining when you go from A to A then from G to G ... T_T
eyy... i´ve seen other people playing this piece in internet fater than you.. But, guess what.. i really like the way you played it.. Excellent job! really.
somebody tune that piano for that talented kid!!! a kid who can play that good deserves nothing but a steinway or if not affordable something that at least is well tuned to properly educate his ear. Pay attention to that.
must be a bad teacher, making a 5 year old play this piece. pointless. he wont be able to play it at full speed until his hands are big enough. but excellent playing though.
for a 5 year old....i am totally in a state of awe. That is so excellent one your age to be playing the piano and at such a dedication and talent at your age is extremely rare. Great job!
hmm?!?!??!? wow this looks so impossible from a 5 year old kid :) like i a good comedy film or something ;) but yes why shouldn´t he have that talent amazing kid 5 stars
I was like..way to make me feel stupid..cause I'm trying to teach myself this this song and it's really hard (however i dont know how to play piano at all, so that might be why haha)
@MDefsquad9 Kochel was the name of the guy who catalogued Mozart's works. They all have a K number and represent the chronological order of composition. e.g K525 Eine kleine Nachtmusik
i have no dought that his parents made him play and take lessons.... mommy i want to go be a kid & play, NO YOU HAVE LESSONS TONIGHT!... but mom, NO BUTS CHARLIE, YOUL THANK ME WHEN YOU GET OLDER
my parents have had conversations about tv and other, but not until i was around 6 or five, when i started gettin into school, yes obviously it is easier, im 19 & done with school, i will now go do whatever i want to do... but when i have kids i will never start gettin them into things that they dont want to do when they r young; when you do your instantly programing the child dont get them into things that you like when they so young, if they want to get into a sport you never like dont enforce
I don't know why you assume that a kid always loves sports and always hates piano? There are kids who love piano but not sports, and there're kids who love both. I suggest you watch the videos of Charlie playing hockey in Prudential Center (NJ Devils Home Field) or his skiing videos. Just because Charlie plays piano so well does not mean that he has to give up other things in life!
i never assumed that a kid loves sports & hates piano. well ofcorse there are kids who love both & some who stick to one, mostly it has to do with the way the child is conditioned in its environment, iv seen those vids before posting that comment, i hate when parents make there kids do what the kid dosnt want to do & im hopping thats not going on with charlie, i love that he plays hockey, i hope he said "mama i want to play hockey" or "iv always wanted to learn mozart on the piano"
Boy, you're stubborn! I can imagine your thinking of Charlie's skiing videos - "his parents must have pushed him off that slope! I only hope he liked the sports!". Let's put this topic to rest then - you win...
there are many people who will think in the way this person is, you shouldn't think too much of their thoughts, long as you know. People thought the same things about me and my family forcing me. But newsflash to wagggggg, you can't "force" a child to be musically talented. Trust me, I know. Thank you Charlie for posting up your amazing videos, watching other talented musicians that are living their lives have helped me with my struggles in my music, keep up the good work, and have fun ! ^ ^
@D0g63rt this comment is unfortunately true. though he clearly had natural talent it wasnt just forced upon him. maybe his piano skill was the compositional creativity was natural.
I agree it should be faster, but hey, this kid is five years old. The piano sounds really bad though. Not what he is playing. But the piano, and the piano only! Besides that, he's good.
This kid was forced to learn this piece or face certain punishment. I can tell by the deliberate correct nots, and the sloppy time. Like a midi orogram that doesn't understand trills.
great, although it doesn't look stiff, it sounds stiff (just my opinion). the acciaccaturas could be more 'ornamental' - you aren't meant to hear the acciaccatura clearly, but a slight touch of the note. and also bring out the left, when the melody is in the left hand.
Yes, hence my comment. Are you one of those people that would have their children do something day in and day out in order for them to become good enough to earn money for themselves and you to make up for your failures in life? Calling someone an idiot on Youtube for making a perfectly justified comment is just plain moronic.
First of all, don't be so quick to judge someone just by watching their videos. Just because he is talented in playing the piano better than most does not neccessarily mean that he practices day in and day out just for his parents sake. And how would you know whether or not the parents had failed or not? And saying that me calling you an idiot is moronic goes in the same terms as to you. That is what you call being hypicritical.
Kids like this make the rest of us feel inadequate cos they're younger AND better than us... i'm absolutely shocked that someone that someone at 5 can play this piece, when I struggle with it myself
when he goes into trills it sounds uncontrolled like he cant keep tempo but otherwise its good that he at least kept tempo and didn't try to go as fast as he could.
if you mean by "5 years, 11 months," pertaining to your age, then OMG you are damn good. but if you mean that for your years of experience, then this movement is played faster.
I don't know where you get that a kid is a decorating object from any video. Although we're proud of our son, there's no need for showing off. We enjoy the videos and share them on YT. Did you post your videos for the purpose of showing off?
I think this is great! I was so pleased to hear this. If anything could be said at this point to avoid difficulties in the future, try to get the 5th finger of the right hand on its tip and not sagging to the side because his hand will eventually grow with a slightly bent finger.
No, no, no, no, no :) Mozart's music should NEVER be played with pedal, unless it is the K. 281 Sonata or the C Minor Fantasy. That's what playing Mozart is all about, playing with clarity and expression! :)
wow 5 years old thats really impressive considering how small his hands are.I'm surprised he can play the development section (which has so many arpeggios) considering how far he must have to reach. nice job.
good interpretation but it is,at last, only interpretation..mozart has improvised his music - classical interpretation is absolutely overestimated. a point : "Do not follow the old masters´steps, but seek what they were seeking... " Basho (1644-1694) : japanese haiku - master :-) ! ..you wonna see/hear something realy innovative - how to improvise classical music ?! look for video : "bach sarabande jazz guitar" ! ..or visite renatorozic dot com ..you ll be surprised .. :-)
Bravo! You're doing very well. I almost envy you, the thrill of the feeling the first time you can really release. It's something you feel the first time you can let go of your focus on playing the notes and find yourself playing from your soul instead of just your fingers.
