Would u reccomend mac blunt for nc35 skin or do u think it would be too dark? IF So do u have any recomindations for my skin tone?? PLease give me ur opinion it would realllyyyy help me make my desiction!
i love your hair.. Cant you do a hair tutorial of this hair bla bla bla.. You know what i mean.. Please answer so i can get ready and look for the video.. (If you do one)
1st let me say, love your reviews and your hysterical..and I was considering getting the make up forever concealer but had to make sure it was oil free, other wise I get break outs... it has has tons of oil product in it, per Sephora's ingredent website page... (Make Up Forever concealer has Mineral Oil, Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Seed Oil,) ... not sure if you knew..my dermotologist took me off all oil makeup and I have been zit free for years...
I have some redness on my cheeks and nose. Would you recommend the Smashbox Photo Finish in green? Or possible the MUFE primer in green or anything else since January that you have been impressed with.
@Lisasz09 I'm not sure if I have!! I don't think so!! Is that in the new complete brush kit or whatever its called? I have the older set from awhile ago... I am going to look at it now!!!!
@Lisasz09 I just looked it up online!!! Ohhh that looks fabulous!! I was going to ask for the new set for my bday in August and I am definitely adding that to the list!!! Thank you!!!! :)
Hey I need sort of an opinion. I have a yellow undertones but i'm pretty fair which do you think is the right color. I'm going crazy i just bought the fresh beige but it has of a pink tanish undertone and it is completely off. Any opinion??
Thank you, but actually I don't have beautiful skin at all!! It is very splotchy! get really red and I have very large pores on my nose and cheeks! I also have quite a few breakout spots! The camera can be very decieving!! I like using a primer because I can tell a noticeable difference in how long my foundation stays throughout the day. I don't know if I can tell that big of a difference with them filling in my pores or anything like that... So, I guess I use mine for longer lasting makeup!
Yes I do and I LOVE it!! The two I used are actually my two favorite from the set!! I love them all but I would die without these!! I use the duofiber brush to apply my foundation and to stipple in my fix plus!! I love the angled blush brush for my blush or contour shade!! These are excellent brushes!
PLZ. My face is a mess all on its own. THOUGH, I have discovered some INSANELY amazing products, thanks to my friend heather who LEGIT reminds me of you! [or you remind me of her? whatevz.]... I have the most sensitive skin of all time and these products are so amaze! Msg me if you want the names... I'm running out of room here [what else is new.] xoxo hotness!
I always love these videos..I'm simular skintone to you and just bought Blunt for contouring..love it..it gives such great definition! You look gorgeous..love the hair too and earrings <3
Thanks for sharing! I have never used a brush for foundation, but I am interested in trying. Great tips on stippling and buffing. I always apply concealer first too. I tried to do it after applying foundation like the MAC makeup artist told me, but I don't like it. I stink dontouring, but I want to try, so your tips are great! Thanks again! ~ Toni
hello, i read through some of the comments and didnt find this question. i love your hair in this tutorial. can u please do a tutorial on your hair do.
Do you find the Smashbox color corrector to give you a green cast in pictures? I've heard complaints about that which has kept me from buying it. I really need the redness coverage though...
I haven't noticed any green cast. I wouldn't think there would be because if you have plenty of redness and you aren't using an insanse amount of primer then I would think it would even itself out. Plus when you cover it with foundation and then your blush, bronzer, powder, etc then I wouldn't think you would be able to see any of the primer left. You know what I mean? But on the otherhand I honestly can't tell if it makes much difference with my rednes... If it was more expensive than just the
regualr primer than I would probably just by the regular primer.... but since it is the same price my thought is well good if it is helping with the redness.. and if it's not I still like the primer... Does that make sense? Haha!
You should try the Sally Hansen 'Commander in Chic' (gray/taupe color).....it's from their Complete Salon Manicure line..it is so shiny and it lasts me a week and I use a computer everyday for work, it never chips!
jus subbed yest and lovin u hun! Thnx for this...im new to makeup and need to perfect flawless dewy looking skin by v-day...so imma try this...imma have to go to mac and have the girlies help me...
Hey!! So glad you messaged me so I could find you!! I have to catch up on all your vids now :) Fun!! Contouring is my fav part of this. I love Blunt but have recently been using Tartes bronzer. It's amazing!! You might be the straw that broke the camels back for me in regards to ordering those Sigma brushes! I've been putting off but they look so nice. I look forward to more of your videos! xx. Vanessa
Hey, you're good! ;) Haha, no I love it!! I am using the Smashbox because I have a little under half a bottle left in 2 different bottles... and I have about half a bottle left of the Fresh.. and they both are too dark for me now.. so I decided to try and use the Smashbox up first! I will use the Fresh and mix it with the Revlon on a night out or something like that. Oh yay!! I can't wait to see it!! You're welcome!
Yes, I always use a hi-lift bleach and then for a lolite I use Matrix color sync shade
8mm... which is a dark blonde with a beige/neutral tone to it. I also always tone my hair after I color it, which means I deposit a color over all of my hair to get rid of any brassiness it might have!
Thank you! Well it depends on if you color your hair, use a lot of heat on it, chlorine damage etc. If you hair is damaged from one of these things I would say ever 8-10 weeks... and you would just need a small amount usually 1/4 of an inch or less. A common misconception is that if you are growing you hair out you don't need to cut it, wrong!! To keep it healthy you just need a light trim!
Hey girl, another great vid! Keep 'em comin'.Your skin looks flawless:0) You have to try the new Revlon PhotoFinish foundation at some point too. I have used the MUF HD for a couple of years now and I cant believe how the new Revlon is almost an exact dupe. Have a great day, Chris from Ohio
Thanks Chris! I actually went to Walgreens to pick some up a few nights ago but they didn't have any of the Revlon Photo Finish at all! I think I'll look at cvs the next time I'm there! Thanks for the suggestion!!
Yes the make up forever one does terribly!!! I never really notice my fine lines that often unless I forget and use the MUFE underneath them! When I can get to a counter to match myself I think I am going to try Bobbi Brown. I have had a lot of people say that her concealer is the best for under eyes... that it doesn't settle into the fine lines!
