Help me understand! I felt this piece consists of two parts. The first goes to 4:17, and is arabic, followed by gipsy/rumanian music. Both parts are enjoyable, and impressive, especially when transposed to the erhu. It must take some years hard training and lots of skill to play so beautifully as it is here! Thanks!
there are many transpositions for this piece you know... But I must admit that 嚴潔敏's yang guang transcription is too hard for even the average diploma player (should be).
Yes. This transcription is probably the hardest piece to play on Erhu. Anyone who plays as near good as a diploma player would understand how extraordinary a player Professor 嚴潔敏 is, and I also had watched other similar difficult piece she played. Just singularly Outstanding!
i still maintain that liu tianhua's transcription of this piece is the most suitable version by far. yan's is too difficult, and tries to ambitiously accomplish as much as the violin. as a result, some notes have to be awkwardly transposed an octave up. the good thing is that she tries to preserve the authenticity of chen gang's version a lot more than liu tianhua did.
結尾的那個音 她是刻意不拉的嗎 讓鋼琴演繹的嗎?
