Debbie Wasserman Schultz is what is wrong with this country. If Florida wants solar powered street lights then Florida should raise their own money for solar powered street lights. They could increase the cigarette tax or the alcahol tax. By the way, how is it that every state sends more money to DC than they get back from DC, yet DC is trillions in debt?
