I like ELO and Orchestra, I saw the band in 2008 one year before that Kelly M. Groucutt passed away , I enjoed the concert very much and in the end of the show we were lucky enough to meet all the band and to shake their hands ! :-) I remember i spoke with Kelly , Mik , Louis when i spoke with Kelly i made my congratulation for the his beautiful voice and he ask me ' do you really think so ? ' he was genuinely surprised.. i said ' yes sure !' now when i remember this moment i feel moved..
He left the band after the recording of album "Secret Messages" and he sued Jeff Lyinn for firing him( with a debt of payment) with the rest of the orchestra band. Lynn was pursuin' a new wind in his musical career producing with the three surviving Beatles the Anthology special album as we all the ELO fans know about it.

Notwithstanding any personal animosity between Jeff & Kelly, those two vocalized better than Lennon/McCartney....they were simply the best!
