My Commodore machines are integral to my home recording studio. Click my name to discover my Commodore 64 synth samples and videos. Or view my other page, THEDUSTPILE, to hear some great chiptunes on my videos.
Or visit dustybin org uk for mountains of Commodore 64 music software and other goodies I have collected and linked-to, including VSTi.
I was a little worried about that, but peaking at the task manager shows the program as a whole is only using about 30MB and it doesn't seem to change when the cords are being animated.
Additionally there is a switch on the main panel which allows you to turn off the cord animations.
@superflea121 It is more "money saving" to use a soft-synth. this program costs around $200. A real modular costs somewhere in the $90 range PER MODULE.
Sounds like some intro to a Steve Hillage song! Jarre says he wants to re-explore analogue modular synthis; but of course this is the software version, I want it!
90 dollars a module if you're lucky ,not including shipping.Plus cabinet,power source,keyboard [optional.]Vintage Moog modules are astronomical.

You can turn them off.

Yeah, I would have to agree. I know that when I'm using vst's computer resourses are a big concern. Especially if I want live midi input.

Very nice emulation of analogue sound. Reminds me of good ol' ambient stuff.
I like the "singing" part at ~1:30
