Buenos Aires is ok but I have to say cities as Sao Paolo and Santiago are alot more beautiful. They are old and modern and cleaner and their trafic system is better than Buenos Aires.

BA is ok, but it never changes, its kinda gets boring, I went to BA the first time in 1988, then 1999 and last time in 2006 for work and in all those years it looked the same but with a worse traffic and older buildings, unlike Sao Paolo, Bahia or Santiago which are very modern South American cities.

So you have not been to the harbour area which only 15 years ago was completely abandoned and now it has been amazingly brought back to life! Anyway I guess it is a matter of taste..I like the old charm of BA...it is unique in LA..and if I liked modern cities..I would recommend Tokyo, Hong Kong...or Dubai for that matter..cheers!

@PaddyABack the name "costanera" was created in 1990 to be called port of Buenos Aires. in fact did not exist 20 years ago these buildings and recently in 2000 these buildings were remodeled to make an exclusive neighborhood of rich people

@vanhalen8200 well depends on what are you looking x. I don't like Brasil , the weather is horrible, Chile=boring, Argentina well is pretty but I don't know , I liked Perú I found adventure, friends & great food . Amen!! . I also wish to go to Tokio , India & Greece. Love history!
