I don't agree at all with the concept that by gaining LEED AP status that it will land you more jobs. The only thing I see it doing is to enrich LEED. When I bid to any GC, the only thing that matters is cost. By the time the EC gets involved all the planning, choice of lighting fixtures has already happened. Does LEED matter to GC'S and Architects? Yes. With everyone I don't see that it matters. The one advantage is you have some idea on how to fill out all the many forms required,
