thanks. i hadnt watched this before i posted it, so i freaked out when it went black and switched to somethink you shouldnt have scene. but i like it, so im a gunna keep it. thanks
Ya, you make me jealous. I wish i had a video camera that records on a hard-drive! My mini-dvd camera won't even fit in my laptop. I tried putting it in and it'll just get stuck and you'll have to turn it on it's side and shake it a bit.
Even when i put the dvd into my pc, it won't recognize the type of video file-i will have to convert it. Once it is converted, it wont be able to put the video into Sony Vegas. Only the audio will appear; i record the screen of the video playing and then edit.
my camera doesnt record to hard drive, it records to mini dv like yours. since my new vista enabled computer isnt compatable with the conversion software, i have to try to get the old computer working(which is dificult) and convert them(which takes FOREVER) then i have to use a flashdrive (that has issues with the old computer) and transport them to the new computer. my next camera will be a hard drive, i hate mini dv
Interesting! What program do you use to convert the files? It must be the program that I use that is causing the issues... Or my camera is just crap. I'm not sure.
Excellent.
