Mcreileymnbvcxz: Yeah, just keep paying off your debt to Tom Nook. Once you pay off the first mortgage, he'll expand your house. Pay off that expansion and he'll eventually give you a basement and an upstairs.

AppleBlossomsKitten: The house and manor models you receive after scoring 70,000 and 100,000 points with the Happy Room Academy. Most of the others are either received on holidays/festivals or as rewards for completing certain tasks. Any specific ones you're wondering about?

Like the mini version of Katrina's Tent, the Cops Place, and a mini wishing well. And I forgot where you can get the dump model and the Black Market mini building.

AppleBlossomsKitten: Katrina's tent you get from Tortimer on Halloween, the police model you get on Officer's Day (Veteran's Day/November 11), the well model on Mayor's Day (Election Day/usually the 1st Tuesday of November). You get the dump model on Spring Cleaning Day (May 1), and the market model you get on Sale Day (day after Thanksgiving). On those days, go to the wishing well and talk to Tortimer to receive the gift.

If you wash her car quick enough, she'll give you a rare shirt. Katrina is the fortune teller, She'll predict your future, and it could be good or bad.

BAM94productions: First I should note that the DS version doesn't let you have as many villagers. But if you're only getting 6 on the GameCube version, try pulling weeds and improve your town (according to the wishing well). Also, you may want to avoid train travel, since a villager will go with you and move to the other town almost every time you ride the train. To answer your other question, that is the moody blue shirt in the video.

koehandelregenwormen: Yes, it's the golden axe. You get it by making your town perfect according to the wishing well, and keeping it that way for ~15 days. That means pulling weeds daily and making sure you have enough trees in each acre (but not too many).
