I read somewhere that Peggy was also Mike Judge's favorite character.
She does. She's everything Peggy isn't Funny on purpose, has an opinion that people care about, a decent face, and most importantly, a moderate Ego. Peggy's ego puts Hanks love of Propane to shame.
