  • I remember getting this game because of how great Special Championship Edition was. I was really disappointed with the sound of this game. The SNES is definitely better in this one.

  • DOUBLE KO?

    never seen that

  • I like this version of the ending credits music.

  • you should make it easy because i put it on easy &if i go to a closest levels it makes it hard for me

  • you rule dude!

  • no offense but why do you copy exactly what people down the page have already said.

I noticed you do that alot on my videos

  • well, on this game I just kept losing against those characters, but sounds was horrible.

  • @TheLegendOfRenegade i have a question i cleared sf2 on genesis like 3 days ago on hardest, i saw the ending and extra credits. but in ssf2 for genesis i cleared it i saw the ending but not the extra credits must you clear it also on hardest?.

  • The amount of shoryukens in the fight with Sagat was hysterical! Awesome way to avoid the projectiles!

  • thank you!!1

  • as great the graphics and gameplay is, the audio was shocking i mean sagats theme wtf :S

  • well it dose have the combos but it stills sounds like $h!t

  • Wow Sagat's theme gets butchered in this version

  • you rule dude

  • 3:50

    Double K.O?

    hahahahahahahahaha!

    never more!

  • WORST SOUNDS EVER

  • sounds ok

special champion edition is awesome for sega plattforms but the new challengers is better for arcade!

  • lmao at 1:13 sagat K.O sound it was funny and bison theme sound like a 80s game show XD

  • I'd rather eat my own shit than listen to

    M. Bison's theme. No, I'm being serious!!

  • 03:52

    Double K.O !!

  • wow canceling each other's projectiles, amazing, how's that's possible?

  • when?

  • when you face sagat 0:33-0:36

  • wow youve never seen that before? its pretty much common knowledge lol

  • yea i have seen it before, it just that you both did it for 3 minutes straight

  • oh yeah lol

you thing that was long watch my SFA3 Ryu playthrough part 3 the same thing happens. I cant remember which is longer though

  • i seen it 1:07-1:13, that was 7 seconds straight. you was right renegade

  • Wow, the Genesis really got the short half of the stick in the music department for this game.

  • Audio's horrible! D:<

Hahaha, the mighty Sagat, felled by a kick to the ass!

"Where is Ryu as his admirers chant his name?"

Walking home, because the dunce still hasn't quite twigged that the prize money can be used to get him to the next challenge much, much faster...

Saying that, he's still my fave character.

  • Hahahaha!

    Nice playthrough Renegade. :D

  • The audio is bad because this game was ported to Sega Genesis from the arcade. Speaking from experience, nothing really sounds good on the Sega Genesis. (they absolutely killed Doom)

  • Anything with music composed by Yuzo Koshiro would like a word with you, *especially* SoR, SoRII and RoS.

Any game he was involved with sounded awesome.

But you are correct about the 32X port of Doom. That sounded (literally) like shit.

  • thats bullshit, the first SFII on Genesis sounded awesome and closer to the arcade then that trumpety shit on the SNES

I like some SNES soundtracks tho dont get me wrong but saying all Genesis games sound bad is silly

  • Now you know that Sega exclusives like Sonic and what not sound great on Sega Genesis, but it's a fact that games on SNES are simply better ported than Sega. That's why they came out with 32x or whatever.

  • meh its all down to opinion at the end of the day

  • the snes sound was much better for SFII
