I honestly like brawl better because of some minor changes to characters as well as better recoveries for a lot of them, which in turn made Brawl a game I can play more with more of my friends, and seeing as how most of the people I hang out with aren't Melee masters, they tended to SD a lot on that. It's a more multi-player relaxed game; something easier to step into, but not as professional based.

Frankly, most players will just shield, but apart from that this is a decent guide on Super Missiles and Missiles.

Me I play Samus and competition is pretty rare to see characters like Falco & Co

Usually we only deal with MK, Snake, Falco, Olimar (most bizarre ..) etc.

So for your example combo etc. I think you should adapt more to this type of personal rather than falcon is a character who rarely played compared to those that I mentioned that Samus has finally a chance to meet in final competition ^ ^

Utilt is a good finisher when the enemy recovers from the ledge... Captain Falcon's Utilt (which animation is prattically the same of Samus, but faster) is better, because it launches the enemy forward, while Samus' tends to launch the enemy upward... But it's still a great move... I am a huge fan of Meteor Smash, so my main killing move with Samus is Dair... XD

I'm having troubles with the double missile. Are you pressing X/Y once? Or are you using double jump to fit in the missles? I can only do it if I double jump. When I do one, full jump, I shoot one missle and when I try shoot the second one, Samus just hold out her cannon till she hit the ground. Which means its too late. :S I hope you can help me out.

DI is directional influence, which is like tilting the analog stick in a certain direction to move yourself in mid air to avoid getting comboed. and teching is tapping L or R while you are about to hit a wall or the ground after being hit by someone and it makes you land smoothly instead of just smashing on the ground. that's the best way i can describe it unless i spent like 5 minutes making this comment. lol

Actually, you can double smash missile in one full jump, though the timing is EXTREMELY hard, and almost impossible to do on wifi with lag. I should record myself doing it (once). XD

oh yeah. well, as long as you use them rarely, you can catch them off guard. a good strategy is to charge your b-move in the beginning and dont use it for a long time. then try to finish them off with it. u can do this after u die too. but, its extremely hard to beat those characters even if u use no missiles. so dont count on it too much

ok then, u-air=up air, d-air=down air, f-air=forward air,b-air=back air, n-air= neutral air(pressing a in the air and no direction). tilts are,as an example, f-tilt= forward tilt so on the ground you would press forward then a,instead of at the same time which you would do to do a smash attack. u-tilt=up tilt, d-tilt=down tilt. thats it. and theres no such thing as b-tilt because it's the same as f-tilt. wow, i can't believe i just wrote all that.lol
