At first I didn't really like this song, but as I watched the series more and more it started to grow on me. But I still don't think it fits with the rest of the soundtrack, or even the show's overall mood...

@GasSnake2003 Yeah, this came about because the producers of the show couldn't think of an appropriate music style for the show's intro.

They first considered classical, however it wouldn't have been that exciting for the viewers, and could lead them to an early dismissal of the series.

They then decided to use J-pop instead, to make it more exciting.

Originally the opening was going to be some classical music, but the executives said that wasn't exciting enough and made them change it to J-pop.
